Claims (9)
- 아크릴로니트릴 40 ∼ 93 중량%, 술폰산기 함유 모노머 2 ∼ 10 중량% 및 이들과 공중합 가능한 모노머 5 ∼ 58 중량% 를 함유하는 공중합체로 이루어지고, 평균 섬도가 1dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 평균 섬도가 1 ∼ 15dtex 인 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공중합체가 상기 술폰산기 함유 모노머를, 5 중량% 를 초과하고 10 중량% 이하 함유하여 이루어지는 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 술폰산기 함유 모노머가 알릴술폰산, 알릴술폰산의 금속염류 또는 아민염류, 메탈릴술폰산, 메탈릴술폰산의 금속염류 또는 아민염류, 스티렌술폰산, 스티렌술폰산의 금속염류 또는 아민염류, 이소프렌술폰산, 이소프렌술폰산의 금속염류 또는 아민염류, 2-아크릴아미드-2-메틸프로판술폰산, 및 2-아크릴아미드-2-메틸프로판술폰산의 금속염류 또는 아민염류로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,80℃ 미만의 온수욕에서 양이온 염료로 염색하였을 때의 상대 포화값이, 0.2 이상인 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,80℃ 미만의 온수욕에서 양이온 염료로 염색하였을 때의 상대 포화값이, 0.4 이상인 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,80℃ 미만의 온수욕에서 양이온 염료로 염색 처리한 후에, 130℃ 에서 5 분간 건열 처리하였을 때의 수축률이 20% 이상인 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 아크릴계 수축성 섬유를, 50℃ 이상 80℃ 미만의 온수욕에서 양이온 염료로 염색하여 이루어지는 염색된 아크릴계 수축성 섬유.
- 가드 헤어부와 다운 헤어부로 이루어지고, 상기 다운 헤어부에 제 8 항에 기재된 염색된 아크릴계 수축성 섬유를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 포백 제품.
