Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 합성에 관여하는 유전자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 발현카세트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 합성에 관여하는 유전자는 2-디옥시실로이노소스 합성효소인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 발현카세트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전자 발현카세트를 숙주세포에 도입해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 숙주세포는 대장균종 및 GILSP 유전자 재조합 미생물 리스트에 기재되어 있는 숙주세포(2006년 3월 현재의 것)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 숙주세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 숙주세포는 포스포글루코오스 이소머라제를 코드하는 pgi유전자, 글루코오스-6-인산 1-디히드로게나아제를 코드하는 zwf유전자, 포스포글루코뮤타아제를 코드하는 pgm유전자 및 정지상에 있어서의 단백질 합성의 수식을 담당하는 리보솜 수식 인자 단백질을 코드하는 rmf유전자로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 유전자가 파괴된 숙주세포인 것을 특징으 로 하는 형질전환체.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형질전환체와, 탄소원을 접촉시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄소원은 D-글루코오스, 올리고당, 다당, 녹말, 셀룰로오즈, 미강 및 폐당밀 및 D-글루코오스를 얻는 것이 가능한 바이오매스로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 탄소원인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형질전환체와, 탄소원을 접촉시켜서 2-디옥시실로이노소스를 갖는 조성물을 얻는 공정과,해당 조성물을 수소 이온형 강산성 양이온교환수지와 유기산 이온형 염기성음이온교환수지를 갖는 혼상식 또는 이상식 컬럼으로 처리하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기산 이온형 염기성 음이온교환수지는 아세트산 이 온형 음이온교환수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 기재된 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법에 의해 얻은 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스.
- 제11항에 기재된 2-디옥시실로이노소스를, 트리알콕시메탄과 반응시켜서 2-디옥시실로이노소스디알킬케탈을 얻는 공정과,2-디옥시실로이노소스디알킬케탈을 산의 존재하에서 가수분해하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 트리알콕시메탄은 트리메톡시메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 기재된 2-디옥시실로이노소스의 정제방법에 의해 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-디옥시실로이노소스.
