Description
Claims (14)
- 유리를 포함하는 물품으로서, 상기 유리 표면의 적어도 일부분이 화학 접착 촉진제 없이 열가소성 폴리우레탄에 접착 결합되는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 쇼어 A 경도가 95 미만인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 쇼어 경도가 45 A∼80 A이고 DIN 53504에 따른 인장 강도가 15 MPa을 초과하며 DIN 53515에 따른 인열 전파 저항이 30 N/mm를 초과하고 DIN 53516에 따른 마모도가 250 mm3 미만인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, DIN EN 1464에 따른, 유리에 대한 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 접착력에 관한 박리 저항이 1 N/mm 이상인 물품.
- 유리를 포함하고 상기 유리에 화학 접착 촉진제 없이 접착 결합된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 물품의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 유리 표면의 적어도 일부분을 플라즈마 처리하는 단계 및 그 후 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 상기 유리의 플라즈마 처리 표면과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 상기 유리의 플라즈마 처리 표면에 사출 성형으로 도포하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 상기 유리 가장자리의 플라즈마 처리 표면에 사출 성형으로 도포하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유리를 대기압 플라즈마로 처리하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플라즈마원에서 고주파 고전압 방전으로 플라즈마를 발생시키며, 플라즈마 노즐을 이용하여 상기 플라즈마를 상기 유리의 표면과 접촉시키는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마원을 상기 유리의 표면에 대해 2∼25 mm 간격 내에서 0.1 m/min∼400 m/min의 속도로 이동시키는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 처리를 수행하는 시간은 1 ms∼100 s인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 쇼어 A 경도가 95 미만인 방 법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 쇼어 경도가 45 A∼80 A이고 DIN 53504에 따른 인장 강도가 15 MPa을 초과하며 DIN 53515에 따른 인열 전파 저항이 30 N/mm를 초과하고 DIN 53516에 따른 마모도가 250 mm3 미만인 방법.
- 예를 들어 자동차, 항공기 또는 건물의 창유리, 특히 자동차 뒷문 창유리 또는 자동차 측면 창유리, 또는 광원, 바람직하게는 전조등의 커버, 및/또는 자동차 방향 지시등 케이싱, 특히 바람직하게는 자동차 전조등 케이싱 및/또는 자동차 방향 지시등 케이싱으로서 사용되는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 물품의 용도.
