Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- (i) 하나 이상의 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체; 및(ii) 분지 지수가 1 미만인 하나 이상의 분지형 폴리올레핀을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체는(a) 약 1.7 내지 약 3.5의 Mw/Mn, 하나 이상의 융점 Tm (℃) 및 밀도 d (g/㎤)를 가지며, 여기서 Tm 및 d의 수치는 관계식Tm > -2002.9 + 4538.5(d) - 2422.2(d)2에 대응하거나,(b) 약 1.7 내지 약 3.5의 Mw/Mn을 가지고, 용융열 ΔH (J/g) 및 가장 큰 DSC 피크와 가장 큰 CRYSTAF 피크 간의 온도 차이로 정의되는 차이량 ΔT (℃)에 의해 특징지어지며, 여기서 ΔT 및 ΔH의 수치는 관계식ΔT > -0.1299(ΔH) + 62.81 (ΔH가 0 J/g 초과 130 J/g 이하인 경우) 및ΔT ≥ 48℃ (ΔH가 130 J/g 초과인 경우)을 가지며, 여기서 CRYSTAF 피크는 누적 중합체의 5% 이상을 사용하여 측정하고, 중합체의 5% 미만이 식별가능한 CRYSTAF 피크를 갖는 경우 CRYSTAF 온도는 30℃이거나;(c) 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체의 압축 성형된 필름으로 측정된 300% 변 형률 및 1 사이클에서의 탄성 회복률 Re (%)에 의해 특징지어지고, 밀도 d (g/㎤)를 가지며, 여기서 Re 및 d의 수치는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 가교상을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 경우에 관계식Re > 1481 - 1629(d)을 만족하거나;(d) TREF를 이용하여 분별시 40℃ 내지 130℃에서 용출되는 분자 분획물을 가지며, 상기 분획물은 동일한 온도 범위에서 용출되는 비교용 랜덤 에틸렌 혼성중합체 분획물의 공단량체 몰 함량보다 5% 이상 높은 공단량체 몰 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하며, 여기서 상기 비교용 랜덤 에틸렌 혼성중합체는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체와 동일한 공단량체(들)을 갖고 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체의 10% 이내의 용융 지수, 밀도 및 공단량체 몰 함량 (전체 중합체 기준)을 가지거나; 또는(e) 25℃에서의 저장 모듈러스 G'(25℃) 및 100℃에서의 저장 모듈러스 G'(100℃)에 의해 특징지어지며, 여기서 비율 G'(25℃) 대 G'(100℃)가 약 1:1 내지 약 10:1인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 약 1.7 내지 약 3.5의 Mw/Mn 및 하나 이상의 융점 Tm (℃) 및 밀도 d (g/㎤)을 가지며, 여기서 Tm 및 d의 수치는 관계식Tm ≥ 858.91 - 1825.3(d) + 1112.8(d)2에 대응하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 약 1.7 내지 약 3.5의 Mw/Mn을 가지고, 용융열 ΔH (J/g) 및 가장 큰 DSC 피크와 가장 큰 CRYSTAF 피크 간의 온도 차이로 정의되는 차이량 ΔT (℃)에 의해 특징지어지며, 여기서 ΔT 및 ΔH의 수치는 관계식ΔT > -0.1299(ΔH) + 62.81 (ΔH가 0 J/g 초과 130 J/g 이하인 경우) 및ΔT ≥ 48℃ (ΔH가 130 J/g 초과인 경우)을 가지며, 여기서 CRYSTAF 피크는 누적 중합체의 5% 이상을 사용하여 측정하고, 중합체의 5% 미만이 식별가능한 CRYSTAF 피크를 갖는 경우 CRYSTAF 온도는 30℃인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체의 압축 성형된 필름으로 측정된 300% 변형률 및 1 사이클에서의 탄성 회복률 Re (%)에 의해 특징지어지고, 밀도 d (g/㎤)를 가지며, 여기서 Re 및 d의 수치는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 가교상을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 경우에 관계식Re > 1481 - 1629(d)을 만족하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제4항에 있어서, Re 및 d의 수치가 관계식 Re > 1491 - 1629(d)를 만족하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제4항에 있어서, Re 및 d의 수치가 관계식 Re > 1501 - 1629(d)를 만족하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제4항에 있어서, Re 및 d의 수치가 관계식 Re > 1511 - 1629(d)를 만족하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- (i) 하나 이상의 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체; 및(ii) 분지 지수가 1 미만인 하나 이상의 분지형 폴리올레핀을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체는(a) TREF를 이용하여 분별시 40℃ 내지 130℃에서 용출되는 하나 이상의 분자 분획물을 가지며, 상기 분획물은 블록 지수가 0.5 이상 약 1 이하이고, 분자량 분포 (Mw/Mn)가 약 1.3 초과인 것을 특징으로 하거나 또는(b) 평균 블록 지수가 0 초과 약 1.0 이하이고, 분자량 분포 (Mw/Mn)가 약 1.3 초과인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 TREF를 이용하 여 분별시 40℃ 내지 130℃에서 용출되는 분자 분획물을 가지며, 상기 분획물은 동일한 온도 범위에서 용출되는 비교용 랜덤 에틸렌 혼성중합체 분획물의 공단량체 몰 함량보다 5% 이상 높은 공단량체 몰 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하며, 여기서 상기 비교용 랜덤 에틸렌 혼성중합체는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체와 동일한 공단량체(들)을 갖고 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체의 10% 이내의 용융 지수, 밀도 및 공단량체 몰 함량 (전체 중합체 기준)을 가지는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 25℃에서의 저장 모듈러스 G'(25℃) 및 100℃에서의 저장 모듈러스 G'(100℃)에 의해 특징지어지며, 여기서 비율 G'(25℃) 대 G'(100℃)가 약 1:1 내지 약 10:1인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 스티렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 노르보르넨, 1-데센, 1,5-헥사디엔, 또는 이들의 조합물인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 혼성중합체가 총 조성물의 약 5% 내지 약 95 중량%의 범위로 존재하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 높은 용융 강도 폴리프로필렌인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 충격 개질 폴리프로필렌인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌의 용융 강도가 15 cN 이상인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제16항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제17항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 용융 강도 (MS) 및 용융 지수 (I2)에 의해 특징지어지며, 여기서 용융 강도 및 용융 지수가 관계식MS >24.1 - 18.0*log10(I2)를 만족하는 것인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제17항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 용융 강도가 약 15 cN 이상인 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 프로파일.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 개스킷.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 발포체.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 열성형 물품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 프로파일 압출에 의해 제조된 프로파일.
- 제21항에 있어서, 프로파일 압출에 의해 제조된 개스킷.
