Claims (18)
- 알킬렌 글리콜 잔기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(a), 생리 활성 물질을 고정화하는 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(b) 및 가교 가능한 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(c)를 공중합하여 얻어지는, 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 알킬렌 글리콜 잔기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(a), 생리 활성 물질을 고정화하는 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(b), 가교 가능한 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(c) 및 알킬기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(d)를 공중합함에 의해 얻어지는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 알킬렌 글리콜 잔기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(a)가, 메톡시폴리에틸렌 글리콜 아크릴레이트 또는 메톡시폴리에틸렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 메톡시폴리에틸렌 글리콜 아크릴레이트 및/또는 메톡시폴리에틸렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트의 에틸렌 글리콜 잔기의 평균 반복수가 3 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 생리 활성 물질을 고정화하는 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(b)의 작용기가, 알데히드기, 활성 에스테르, 에폭시기, 비닐 설폰기 및 비오틴(biotin) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 생리 활성 물질을 고정화하는 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(b)가, 하기 일반식 (2)로 표시되는 활성 에스테르를 가지는 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물:일반식 (2)(상기 일반식에서, R3는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고, Y는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알킬렌 글리콜 잔기 또는 알킬기이고; W는 활성 에스테르기이고; q는 1 내지 20의 정수이고; q가 2 이상, 20 이하의 정수인 경우, 상기 반복되는 Y는 서로 동일하거나, 상이할 수 있음).
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 활성 에스테르가 p-니트로페닐 에스테르 또는 N-하이드록시숙신이미드 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가교 가능한 작용기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(c)의 가교 가능한 작용기가, 알콕시실릴, 에폭시, 아크릴 및 메타크릴 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 알킬기를 가지는 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 모노머(d)가, n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, n-도데실 메타크릴레이트, n-옥틸 메타크릴레이트 및 사이클로헥실 메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물을 포함하는 의료 재료용 표면 코팅 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물을 포함하는 층이 지지 기판의 표면에 형성된 바이오칩 기판.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 지지 기판이 플라스틱으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩 기판.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱이 포화 환형 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩 기판.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 바이오칩 기판의 제조 방법으로서,제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 의료 재료용 폴리머 화합물을 포함하는 용액을 지지 기판의 표면에 도포하는 단계, 및도포 후, 상기 폴리머 화합물을 가교하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 바이오칩 기판에 생리 활성 물질을 고정화한 바이오칩.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 생리 활성 물질이, 핵산, 앱타머(aptamer), 단백질, 올리고펩타이드, 당사슬(sugar chain) 및 당단백질 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 생리 활성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오칩.
