Claims (14)
- (1) 활성물질 및 디올 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 제조하는 단계 및 (2) 상기 혼합물에 초임계유체 가스를 넣어 가압한 다음, 초임계유체 가스와 함께 상기 디올 화합물을 배출함으로써, 상기 혼합물로부터 상기 디올 화합물을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노수준의 활성물질 입자 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성물질은 생리활성을 나타내는 유기화합물, 유기금속 화합물, 천연 추출물, 펩타이드, 단백질 및 다당류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올 화합물은 탄소수 6~22의 선형 또는 분지형 디올 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)단계의 활성물질 및 디올 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물은 고체상 지질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고체상 지질은 탄소수 10~22의 포화 지방산 및 그 에스테르 화합물 및 그 알코올 화합물, 탄소수 10~22의 포화지방산기를 갖는 모노- 또는 디-글리세라이드 화합물, 탄소수 16 이상의 탄화수소, 탄소수 10~22의 트리글리세라이 드 화합물의 지방산 환원 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)단계의 활성물질 및 디올 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물은 계면활성제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 합성 계면활성제, 천연 계면활성제, 지질 및 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)단계의 활성물질 및 디올 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물은 계면활성제 이외의 응집방지제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 계면활성제 이외의 응집방지제는 단당류, 다당류, 식이섬유, 검류 및 단백질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1) 단계에서 공용매를 더 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 공용매는 알코올, 물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알코올은 탄소수 2~6의 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 단계에서 반응기 내의 온도는 10~40℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 단계에서, 활성물질 및 디올 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물에 초임계유체 가스를 넣어 50~400기압 하에서 상기 디올 화합물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
