Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 고체 기판;상기 고체 기판 표면에 행렬로 정렬되어 있고, 양 말단에 전극이 부착된 나노선이 존재하는 하나 이상의 신호변환부; 및상기 고체 기판 표면의 하나의 나노선과 다른 하나의 나노선 사이에 존재하며, 목표 물질과 결합하는 리셉터가 부착되어 있는 하나 이상의 신호감지부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 기판은 실리콘 기판 또는 유리 기판인바이오센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리셉터는 작용기에 의해 고체 기판 표면의 신호감지부에 부착되어 있으며, 효소기질, 리간드, 아미노산, 펩티드, 단백질, 핵산, 지질 및 탄수화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 작용기는 아민기, 카르복실기 및 티올기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 목표 물질은 단백질, 핵산, 올리고당, 아미노산, 탄수화물, 용해 가스, 산화황 가스, 산화질소 가스, 잔류농약, 중금속 및 환경유해물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나노선은 탄소나노튜브, 실리콘 나노선, 산화아연 나노선 및 산화바나듐 나노선으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서.
- 고체 기판 표면에 나노선을 집적시키는 단계;상기 나노선 양 말단에 전극을 증착시킨 후, 폴리머를 이용하여 상기 전극을 코팅하는 단계;상기 하나의 나노선과 다른 하나의 나노선 사이의 기판 표면에 작용기를 부착시키는 단계; 및상기 작용기에 목표 물질과 결합하는 리셉터를 고정화하는 단계를 포함하는 바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 고체 기판은 실리콘 기판 또는 유리 기판인바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 리셉터는 작용기에 의해 고체 기판 표면의 신호감지부에 부착되어 있으며, 효소기질, 리간드, 아미노산, 펩티드, 단백질, 핵산, 지질 및 탄수화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 작용기는 아민기, 카르복실기 및 티올기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 목표 물질은 효소, 단백질, 핵산, 올리고당, 아미노산, 탄수화물, 용해 가스, 산화황 가스, 산화질소 가스, 잔류농약, 중금속 및 환경유해물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 나노선은 탄소나노튜브, 실리콘 나노선, 산화아연 나노선 및 산화바나듐 나노선으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 하나의 나노선과 다른 하나의 나노선 사이의 기판 표면에 작용기를 부착시키는 단계는, 나노선이 집적된 기판을 실란기를 갖는 화합물에 5~20분 동안 담그는 것에 의해 이루어지는바이오센서 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이오센서를 이용하여 리셉터와 결합하는 목표 물질을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이오센서를 하나 이상 포함하는 나노플랫포옴.
