Claims (26)
- (a) 광-경화성 실리콘 수지;(b) 광개시제; 및(c) 형광 염료를 포함하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 고체 광개시제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 용매에 용해된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 비극성 용매에 용해된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 액체 광개시제, 실란 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용매에 용해된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 UV 개시제, 가시광 개시제, UV 및 가시광 범위 모두에서 유발되는 개시제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 비스아실포스핀 옥시드, 아실포스핀 옥시드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광-경화성 실리콘이 수분 및/또는 열 경화성 기를 더 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수분-경화 촉매를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 광-경화성 실리콘 수지;(b) 고체 광개시제;(c) 고체 광개시제에 대한 비극성 용매를 포함하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 형광 염료를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 비극성 용매가 실란, 액체 광개시제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고체 광개시제가 UV 개시제, 가시광 개시제 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고체 광개시제가 비스아실포스핀 옥시드, 아실포스핀 옥시드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체가 메타크릴옥시, 비닐 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 자유 라디칼 경화기를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체가 알콕시, 아세톡시, 에놀옥시, 메타크릴옥시, 아크릴옥시, 옥심, 비닐, 아미노, N,N-디알킬아미노, N,N-디알킬아미녹시, N-알킬아미도 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 수분-경화기를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 수분-경화 촉매를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 경화성 실리콘 수지; 및(b) 액체 광개시제에 용해된 고체 광개시제의 예비혼합물을 포함하는 경화 시스템을 포함하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 고체 광개시제가 UV 및/또는 가시광으로 개시되는 것인 조 성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 형광 염료를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 광-경화성 실리콘 중합체;(b) 형광 염료;(c) 비스아실포스핀 옥시드, 아실포스핀 옥시드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 구성원을 포함하는 제1 광개시제;상기 제1 광개시제와 상이한 제2 광개시제; 및1종 이상의 비극성 용매를 포함하는 예비혼합물을 포함하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
- (a) 광-수분 경화성 실리콘 성분;(b) 용매 담체 중의 광개시제 예비혼합물; 및(c) 형광 염료를 포함하는, 경화 깊이가 향상된 광/수분 이중 경화 실리콘 조성물.
- (a) 광-경화성 실리콘 수지를 제공하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 경화성 실리콘 중합체와 광개시제 및 형광 염료를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 광-경화성 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법.
- (a) 광-경화성 실리콘 수지;(b) 고체 광개시제와 상기 고체 광개시제에 대한 용매의 예비혼합물; 및(c) 형광 염료의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 실리콘 조성물을 제공하는 단계;적합한 파장의 빛을 비추어 형광제에 흡수시키는 단계; 및실리콘 조성물의 존재에 대한 표시로서 수반되는 형광 방출을 관찰하는 단계를 포함하는 실리콘 조성물의 존재를 검출하는 방법.
- (a) 제1항의 조성물을 2개의 기재 표면 중 하나 이상에 도포하는 단계;(b) 상기 기재 표면을 인접 관계로 일치시켜 어셈블리를 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 조성물을 경화 조건에 노출하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 조성물이 경화되기에 충분한 시간 동안 인접 관계를 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 조성물을 사용하여 2개의 기판을 연결하고/거나 실링하는 방법.
