Claims (13)
- 카르복실기와 에스테르 결합을 할 수 있는 표면가교제로 표면가교 처리된 입자상 폴리카르복실산 흡수성 수지(water-absorbent resin)를 포함하는 입자상의 흡수제 (water-absorbing agent)로서,(a) 생리 식염수에 대한 원심분리유지용량(CRC)이 27 g/g 이상일 것;(b) 생리 식염수에 대한 4.8 kPa의 압력대비흡수성(AAP)이 20 g/g 이상일 것;(c) 질량 평균 입경(D50)이 200 내지 450μm일 것;(d) 입자상의 흡수제 내의 150μm 미만의 입자 함량이 0 내지 5 질량%일 것;(e) 입도 분포의 대수 표준편차(σζ)가 0.20 내지 0.40일 것; 및(f) 대기 농도로서 가스 탐지 튜브에 의하여 정량되는, 입자상의 흡수제로부터 휘발하는 알코올 휘발성 물질의 함유량이 0 내지 10 ppm일 것이라는 상기 조건을 만족하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- 알킬렌 카보네이트를 포함하고 카르복실기와 에스테르 결합을 할 수 있는 표면가교제로 표면가교 처리된 입자상의 폴리카르복실산 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상의 흡수제로서,(a) 생리 식염수에 대한 원심분리유지용량(CRC)이 27 g/g 이상일 것;(b) 생리 식염수에 대한 4.8 kPa의 압력대비흡수성(AAP)이 20 g/g 이상일 것;(c) 질량 평균 입경(D50)이 200 내지 450μm일 것;(d) 입자상의 흡수제 중 150μm 보다 작은 입자 양이 0 내지 5 질량%일 것;(e) 입도 분포의 대수 표준편차(σζ)가 0.20 내지 0.40일 것; 및(g) 입자상의 흡수제 중 잔존 에틸렌 글리콜 함량(HPLC에 의해 정량)이 0 내지 40 ppm일 것이라는 상기 조건을 만족하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 아미노 알코올, 알킬렌 카보네이트, 및 다가 알코올로부터 선택되는 알코올 화합물(단, 에틸렌 글리콜 제외)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 킬레이팅제, 방취제, 다가 금속염 및 무기 입자로부터 선택된 성분을 더 포함하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면가교제는 글리세린, 1,3-프로판 디올, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 3-에틸-3-히드록시메틸옥세탄, 및 에탄올 아민으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물로 구성된 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대기 농도로서 가스 탐지 튜브 에 의해 정량되는, 상기 입자상의 흡수제로부터 휘발되는 유황계 휘발성 물질의 함량(h)은 0 내지 10 ppm인 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (i)아크릴산, 아세트산 및 프로피온산의 총 함량 (HPLC에 의해 정량)이 0 내지 1000 ppm일 것이라는 조건을 더 만족하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (j) 백색 지수로서 모두 헌터식 색도계로 측정되며, L은 조도 지수를 나타내고 a 및 b는 크로마틱 지수를 나타내어, L값은 80 또는 그 이상이고, a값은 -2 내지 2.5이고, b값은 0 내지 4일 것 이라는 조건을 더 만족하는 입자상의 흡수제.
- (a) 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 입자상의 흡수제, 및 (b) 친수성 섬유로 형성된 고농도 흡수성 구조체에 있어서, 입자상의 흡수제 및 친수성 섬유의 총량에 대하여 상기 입자상의 흡수제의 함량이 30 내지 100 질량%인 친수성 섬유로 이루어진 고농도의 흡수성 구조체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(i) 중화되지 않은 아크릴산 및/또는 그의 염을 주성분으로서 포함하는 불포화 모노머의 수용액을 내부 가교제의 존재하에 가교 중합하여 가교된 중합체를 얻 는 단계;(ii) 가교된 중합체를 건조하고, 가교된 중합체의 입도 분포를 조절하여 하기 조건을 만족하는 흡수성 수지를 얻는 단계,(a) 생리 식염수에 대한 원심분리유지용량이 30g/g 이상일 것;(b) 질량 평균 입경(D50)이 200 내지 450μm일 것;(c) 입자상 흡수성 수지 속의 150μm 보다 작은 입자의 양이 0 내지 8%일 것; 및(d) 입도 분포의 대수 표준편차가 0.20 내지 0.50일 것;(iii) 에스테르 결합을 형성하는 표면가교제를 첨가한 뒤 흡수성 수지의 표면 주위를 가열하는 단계; 및(iv) 가열처리 중 또는 후에 흡수성 수지를 60℃ 또는 그 이상의 기류에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 중화되지 않은 아크릴산은, 중화되지 않은 아크릴산의 질량에 대하여, 10 내지 20O ppm의 메톡시페놀; 0 내지 10000ppm의 함께 결합된 아세트산 과 프로피온산; O 내지 1OOO ppm의 아크릴산 다이머; 0 내지 10ppm의 후루푸랄(furfural); 및 O 내지 1O ppmm의 프로토아네모닌(protoanemonin)으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 입자상 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 표면가교제는 알킬렌 카보네이트를 포함하는 것인 입자상 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌 카보네이트에 들어있는 에틸렌 글리콜의 함량은, 알킬렌 카보네이트의 질량에 대하여 0.1 질량% 또는 그 이하인 입자상 흡수제의 제조방법.
