Claims (16)
- 전력 및/또는 통신 케이블의 외장재용 가교성 조성물에 있어서,에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴과 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 합성 화합물, 과산화물, 및 아미노실란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 20 내지 90 중량부 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체는 비닐 아세테이트를 28 내지 80% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합성 화합물을 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 40 중량부 보다 적은 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합성 화합물은 폴리에스테르 형태의 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 과산화물을 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.8 내지 2.1 중량부 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 과산화물은 110 내지 145 ℃, 바람직하게는 135 내지 145 ℃의 분해 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 아미노실란을 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 4 중량부 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체와 양립할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 2차 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 2차 중합체는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 말레산무수물 그라프트 폴리에틸렌(maleic anhydride grafted polyethylenes)으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 2차 중합체를 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 40 중량부 보다 적은 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,난연성 충전제, 신장 충전제(extending fillers) 및 강화 충전제로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 충전제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 충전제를 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 190 중량부 보다 적은 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,안정제, 항산화제, 착색제, 가공조제(processing aid) 및 UV 안정제로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가교성 조성물로 형성된 적어도 하나의 외장을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 및/또는 통신 케이블.
- 동일한 외부 보호 외장의 내부에 여러 가지 절연 도체들이 뻗어있는 전력 및/또는 통신 케이블에 있어서,상기 외부 보호 외장은 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가교성 조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 및/또는 통신 케이블.
