Claims (9)
- 압축기의 진동 방지를 위해 압축기와 케이싱 사이에 설치되는 것으로서, 압축기의 운전시 발생하는 내부 진동을 방지하기 위한 메인요동방지수단과, 외부 진동을 방지하기 위한 보조요동방지수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인요동방지수단은 상기 압축기와 케이싱을 접촉시켜 연결하고,상기 보조요동방지수단은 평상시에는 이격되어 있다가 과도한 외부 진동이 발생할 경우 상기 압축기와 케이싱을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 메인요동방지수단은 압축기 저면에 확장 마련된 브라켓과 상기 케이싱의 바닥에 마련되는 고정 볼트와, 상기 브라켓과 케이싱의 사이에 개재되는 방진고무와, 상기 볼트의 단부에 결합되는 너트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보조요동방지수단은 상기 압축기 또는 케이싱에 마련되는 볼트와, 상기 볼트의 끝단에 설치되는 방진 캡으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 메인요동방지수단과 보조요동방지수단은 각각 복수개로 이루어지되, 상기 보조요동방지수단은 메인요동방지수단의 사이사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 볼트는 상기 케이싱의 바닥에 용접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인요동방지수단은 상기 압축기와 케이싱을 접촉시켜 연결하고,상기 보조요동방지수단은 상기 케이싱에 고정 마련되는 볼트와, 상기 볼트의 상단에 결합되는 방진 캡과, 상기 볼트와 방진 캡 사이에 개재되는 탄성부재로 이루어지며, 상기 탄성부재는 방진 캡이 압축기에 접촉되도록 탄성 바이어스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 메인요동방지수단은 압축기 저면에 확장 마련된 브라켓과 상기 케이싱의 바닥에 마련되는 고정 볼트와, 상기 브라켓과 케이싱의 사이에 개재되는 방진고무와, 상기 볼트의 단부에 결합되는 너트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,상기 방진 캡은 평상시에는 상기 볼트와 이격 형성되어 있다가 과도한 외부 진동이 발생하게 되면 서로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 요동방지장치.
