Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 열수축성에 있어서 서로 상이하고, 또한 사이드바이사이드 구조 또는 편심 심초 구조에 접합된 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 및 폴리아미드 수지 성분에 의해 구성되고 또한 열처리에 의해 두드러진 권축을 갖는 복합 섬유를 함유하는 실을 함유하는 직편물로서, 상기 직편물에 포함되는 상기 권축 복합 섬유의 함유율이, 10∼100 질량% 이고, 상기 직편물로부터 공시용(供試用) 권축 복합 섬유 시료를 채취하고, 상기 복합 섬유 시료의 일부분을 온도 20℃, 습도 65% RH 의 환경하에 24시간 방치하여 건조시켰을 때의 상기 권축 복합 섬유의 권축률 DCF (%) 를 측정하고, 또한 복합 섬유 시료의 다른 일부분을 온도 30℃ 의 수중에서 2시간 침지하고, 이것을 수중에서 끌어올리고, 이것을 끌어올린 후부터 60초 이내에, 온도 30℃, 습도 90% RH 의 공기 중에 두며, 1쌍의 여과지 사이에 끼우고, 이것에 0.69mN/㎠ 의 가압을 5초간 가하여, 상기 시료로부터 가볍게 물을 닦아냈을 때의 상기 권축 복합 섬유의 권축률 HCF (%) 를 측정했을 때, 상기 DCF (%) 및 HCF (%) 가 하기 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.(DCF-HCF) ≥ 10 (%)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지 성분이 산 성분의 함유량을 기본으로 하여 2.0∼4.5 몰% 의 5-나트륨술포이소프탈산이 공중합되어 있는 변성 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 권축 복합 섬유 함유 사조가 0∼300T/m 이하인 꼬임 계수를 갖는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 직편물이, 상기 권축 복합 섬유와, 그것과는 상이한 다른 섬유를 함유하는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다른 섬유가, 권축되어 있지 않은 섬유 또는 10% 미만의 상기 권축률 차 DCF-HCF 를 갖는 섬유에서 선택되는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물을 JIS. L1096. 8.14 1B법에 규정되어 있는 신축 직물의 신축성 측정 (단, 공시 직편물 시험편에 부가되는 하중치를 1.47N 으 로 변경함) 에 제공했을 때, 상기 직편물이 직물인 경우, 그 날실 방향 및 씨실 방향에서 선택된 적어도 1 방향의 신축률이 10% 이상이며, 상기 직편물이 편물인 경우, 그 코스 방향 및 웰 방향에서 선택된 적어도 1 방향의 신축률이 10% 이상인 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물이 다층 구조를 갖고, 그 적어도 1층 중에, 상기 층의 중량의 30∼100 질량% 의 상기 권축 복합 섬유가 포함되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 직편물이 환편 조직을 갖는 편물로서, 그 환편 조직의 루프가, 상기 권축 복합 섬유와, 상기 다른 섬유를 함유하는 사조에 의해 형성되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 직편물이 직물이며, 또한 상기 복합 섬유 함유 사조가, 상기 권축 복합 섬유와, 상기 다른 섬유와의 나열사로서, 상기 직물의 날실 및 씨실, 혹은 날실 또는 씨실이 상기 권축 복합 섬유와 다른 섬유 나열사에 의해 구성되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 직편물에 있어서, 상기 권축 복합 섬유로 이루어지는 사조와, 상기 다른 섬유로 이루어지는 사조가, 날실 및 씨실 방향에서 선택된 적어도 1 방향, 혹은 코스 방향 및 웰 방향에서 선택된 적어도 1 방향으로, 적어도 1개 단위를 교대로 배치되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 권축 복합 섬유 및 상기 다른 섬유가 심일초형 복합사를 형성하고 있고, 상기 복합사의 심부가 상기 권축 복합 섬유에 의해 구성되고, 초부가 상기 다른 섬유에 의해 구성되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다른 섬유가, 폴리에스테르 섬유에서 선택되는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,흡수제 가공이 실시되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발수제 가공이 실시되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,염색 가공이 실시되어 있는 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 직편물의 공시 시료를, 온도 20℃, 습도 65% RH 의 환경하에 24시간 방치하여 건조시켜, 건조 시료를 조제하여, 별도로, 상기 직편물의 공시 시료를, 온도 30℃ 의 수중에 2시간 침지하고, 그것을 수중에서 끌어올리고, 이것을 끌어올린 후부터 60초간 이내에 시료를 온도 30℃, 습도 90% RH 의 공기 중에 두며, 1쌍의 여과지 사이에 끼우고, 이것에 490N/㎡(50kgf/㎡) 의 압력하에 1분간 두고 시료 중의 수분을 가볍게 제거하여 물습윤 시료를 조제하고, 상기 건조 시료 및 물습윤 시료를 JIS. L1096-1998, 6.27. 1A법 (프래질형 통기 시험기법) 에 의한 통기성 측정에 제공하여, 얻어진 측정 결과로부터, 하기 식에 의해 산출된 통기성의 변화율이, 30% 이상인 물습윤에 의해 통기성이 향상되는 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물.통기성의 변화율(%)=
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물을 포함하고, 물습윤에 의해 치수가 가역적으로 확대되고, 통기성이 향상되는 의복.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물이 의복의 겨드랑이부, 측체부, 가슴부, 등부, 어깨부 중 적어도 하나를 형성하고 있는 의복.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 의복에 있어서, 상기 권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물에 의해 형성되어 있는 부분의 각각이 1㎠ 이상의 면적을 갖는 의복.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,권축 복합 섬유 함유 직편물이, 환편물 및 메시상의 조직편물에서 선택되는 의복.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,아우터용 의복, 스포츠용 의복, 및 이너용 의복에서 선택되는 의복.
