Description
Claims (12)
- 2층 이상의 적층 필름을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 미다공막이며,적어도 한 쪽의 표면층은 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하이고, 무기 입자를 포함하며, 적어도 다른 한 층은 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고,기체 투과도가 50초/100 cc 이상 1000초/100 cc 이하, 천공 강도가 3.0 N/20 ㎛ 이상인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3층 이상의 적층 필름을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한 쪽의 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하인 표면층이 무기 입자 함유율 5 질량% 이상 60 질량% 이하, 폴리프로필렌 함유율 5 질량% 이상 95 질량% 이하인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한 쪽의 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하인 표면층이 무기 입자 함유율 5 질량% 이상 60 질량% 이하, 폴리프로필렌 함유율 5 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하, 폴리에틸렌 함유율 5 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한 쪽의 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하 인 표면층이 무기 입자 함유율 5 질량% 이상 60 질량% 이하, 폴리프로필렌 함유율 20 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하, 폴리에틸렌 함유율 5 질량% 이상이고, 적어도 다른 한 층이 폴리에틸렌을 30 질량% 이상 포함하며, 무기 입자는 포함하지 않는 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막의 총 두께가 2 ㎛ 이상 50 ㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막의 총 두께가 5 ㎛ 이상 30 ㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, MD 방향과 TD 방향의 파단 강도의 비가 0.1 이상 8.0 이하인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 규소, 알루미늄 및 티탄 중 어느 하나의 산화물 또는 질화물인 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지, 무기 입자 및 가소제를 수학식 1의 관계를 만족하는 범위에서 혼련하는 공정을 거쳐 얻어지는 폴리올레핀 미다공막.<수학식 1>0.6≤가소제 중량/(가소제 흡유량×무기 입자 중량×가소제 밀도)×100≤1.2
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출법에 의해 적층된 시트를 형성하여 2축 연신을 실시하고, 가소제를 추출하여 얻어지는 폴리올레핀 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리올레핀 미다공막을 이용한 리튬 이온 전지용 세퍼레이터.
