Claims (21)
- 물체에 착탈될 수 있는 재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드로서,하우징,상기 하우징의 말단부에 제공되는 렌즈 시스템,상기 렌즈 시스템 근처에 배치되는 고체-상태 센서,전자 드라이버의 부품들, 및상기 하우징의 근접 단부에 배치되는 내부 전기 커넥터를 포함하는 재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드에 있어서,상기 카메라 헤드는 상기 내부 전기 커넥터를 상기 물체에 고정 부착되는 외부 전기 커넥터에 대해 결합/결합해제함으로써 상기 물체에 착탈되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체-상태 센서는,전하 결합 소자(CCD), 강화 전하 결합 소자(ICCD), 전자 배증 전하 결합 소자(EMCCD), 및 상보형 금속 산화물 반도체(CMOS) 소자를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 드라이버의 부품들 중 적어도 일부는 하우징의 외부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,하우징은 PCB를 포함하지 않으며, 전자 드라이버의 부품들 중 적어도 일부는 CCD의 뒤에 직접 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 물체는 강성, 반강성, 또는 가요성 내시경인 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카메라 헤드는 살균될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 살균은 고압증기살균 장치에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 살균은 화학물질을 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카메라 헤드는 살균가능한 말단 팁의 영구적 부분이며, 이는 내시경 또는 복강경 장치의 삽입 튜브의 말단부에 착탈될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 그 외표면에 배치되는 금속 전기 전도성 스트립을 가지며,상기 외부 전기 커넥터는 상기 하우징이 밀려서 상기 전기 커넥터와 접촉할 때 상기 전도성 스트립과 결합하도록 배치되는 금속 접점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 렌즈 시스템, 센서, 및 드라이버의 부품들을 주위 환경으로부터 밀폐 격리하는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 티타늄, 스테인레스 스틸, 및 폴리머를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 재료로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 세라믹 또는 폴리머 인쇄회로판(PCB)의 표면에 회로가 인쇄되며, 상기 PCB 상에는 전자 드라이버의 부품의 일부 또는 전부가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전자 드라이버는,N-채널 전계효과 트랜지스터(FET) 또는 증폭기 회로 중에서 선택되는 증폭 부품을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 증폭기 회로는 여러개의 증폭 스테이지를 갖는 맥심 연산 증폭기(Maxim operational amplifier)인 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전자 드라이버의 저항 부품의 일부 또는 전부는 번 저항을 사용하여 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 시스템은 60도 내지 140도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 함께 형성하는 다수의 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 시스템은,(a) 120도 내지 140도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 위내시경 검사 시술,(b) 모 내시경에서 120도 내지 140도의 카메라 헤드의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하고 자 내시경에서 100도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 ERCP 시술,(c) 120도 내지 140도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 결장경 검사 시술,(d) 100도 내지 120도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 산부인과 시술,(e) 80도 내지 100도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 기관지 내시경검사 시술,(f) 80도 내지 100도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 ENT 시술, 및(g) 모 내시경에서 120도 내지 140도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하고 자 내시경에서 100도 내지 120도의 시야를 갖는 화상을 형성하여 이루어지는 경위장 시술을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 시술을 수행하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,CCD 칩의 대각선 크기는 대략 1.01mm 내지 대략 2.54mm의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,내시경의 말단 팁의 직경은 대략 1.6mm 내지 대략 3.5mm의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,제 1 렌즈는 CCD에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는재사용가능한 소형 카메라 헤드.
