Claims (14)
- (a) 단량체, 올리고머 또는 중합체, 또는 이들의 임의의 혼합물,(b) 입상 인 함유 화합물, 및(c) 1종 이상의 다른 입상 화합물을 포함하며, 이 때 화합물 (b) 및 (c)("난연성 화합물")의 존재에 의해 경화된 조성물에 난연성이 부여되고,모든 난연성 화합물의 합계는 성분 (a), 경화제(curing agent) 및 모든 난연성 화합물을 포함한 경화성 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 60 중량%를 형성하는, 할로겐화 화합물을 함유하지 않고 접착 특성을 갖는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 경화시 열경화성 수지(thermoset)가 되는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 에폭시 관능성 단량체, 올리고머 또는 중합체를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 난연제 (b)가 입상 인 함유 화합물, 바람직하게는 암모늄 폴리포스페이트 또는 트리페닐 포스페이트, 더욱 바람직하게는 멜라민 포름알데히드 코팅된 암모늄 폴리포스페이트인 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 화합물 (c)가 열 팽창성 물질인 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 화합물 (c)가 팽창성 흑연인 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화제, 바람직하게는 경질화제(hardener), 더욱 바람직하게는 아민 경질화제를 추가로 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 화합물 (c)가 성분 (a), 경화제 및 모든 난연성 화합물을 포함한 경화성 조성물의 3 내지 25 중량%를 형성하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 화합물 (b)가 화합물 (a), 경화제 및 모든 난연성 화합물을 포함하는 경화성 조성물의 20 내지 50 중량%를 형성하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 난연성 조성물을 1개 이상의 기재에 도포 하는 단계, 및 상기 조성물과 기재를 경화 또는 고정시켜 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 난연성 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 분리된 기재가 함께 결합되도록 난연성 조성물을 도포하여 적층된 복합체를 형성하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기재 중 적어도 1개는 발포재인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 조성물로부터 형성된 경화된 조성물을 포함하는 복합체.
- (a) 단량체, 올리고머 또는 중합체, 또는 이들의 임의의 혼합물, (b) 입상의 난연성 인 함유 화합물, 및 (c) 입상 화합물인 1종 이상의 다른 난연성 화합물을 포함하는 제1팩(pack), 및 경화제, 바람직하게는 아민 경질화제를 포함하는 제2팩을 포함하는 2-부분 팩.
