Claims (2)
- 터치센서식 발광장치를 측방버턴식 샤프펜슬(A)에 장착함에 있어서, 몸체부재(1),금속연결구(2),그립부재(3), 배터리캡부(4) 및 선단부재(5)로 구성되며, 선단부재(5)내에 2개의 발광부(11a)가 매설된 LED유니트(5b)가 내장되어 고정구(5a)로 결합되고, 그립부재(3)의 일측에서 삽입된 펜슬유니트(6)에 선단부재(5)가 결합되는 구성에서, 몸체부재(1)내에 IC기판(8)과 배터리(9)가 내장되며, 배터리(9)의 (-)극은 전달은 기판스프링(8a)과 IC기판(8)을 통해 금속의 캠캡(12) → 캠장치부(1c)의 금속판5(9f) → 캠스프링(8b) → 절연관캡(10a) → 절연관(10)의 외측홈에 설치된 금속판4(9d)을 거쳐 LED유니트(5b)의 (-)리드핀(5d)에 연결되고, (+)극의 전달은 배터리캡부(4)의 내측에 장치된 캡금속구(4a) → 몸체부재(1)의 내측에 설치된 금속판1(9a) → 터치센서(1a)의 감지에 의해 ON/OFF되는 IC기판(8) → 몸체부재(1)의 내측에 설치된 금속판2(9b) → 금속연결구(2) → 그립부재(3)의 내측에 설치된 금속판3(9c)을 거쳐 LED유니트(5b)의 (+)리드핀(5c)에 연결되어, 2개의 발광부(11a)가 매설된 LED유니트(5b)가 터치센서(1a)에 의해 ON/OFF되는 것을 특징으로하는 터치센서식 발광펜.
- 터치센서식 발광장치를 볼펜(B)에 적용함에 있어서, 몸체부재(1), 금속연결구(2), 그립부재(3), 배터리캡부(4) 및 선단부재(5)로 구성되며, 선단부재(5)내에 2개의 발광부(11a)가 매설된 LED유니트(5b)가 내장되어 고정구(5a)로 결합되는 구 성에서, 배터리(9)의 (-)극의 전달은 기판스프링(8a)과 IC기판(8)을 통해 절연관캡(10a) → 절연관(10)의 외측홈에 설치된 금속판4(9d)을 통해 전도되어 LED유니트(5b)의 (-)리드핀(5d)에 연결되고, (+)극의 전달은 배터리캡부(4)의 내측에 장치된 캡금속구(4a) → 몸체부재(1)의 내측에 설치된 금속판1(9a) → 터치센서(1a)의 감지에 의해 ON/OFF되는 IC기판(8) → 몸체부재(1)의 내측에 설치된 금속판2(9b) → 금속연결구(2) → 그립부재(3)의 내측에 설치된 금속판3(9c)을 거쳐 LED유니트(5b)의 (+)리드핀(5c)에 연결되어, 2개의 발광부(11a)가 매설된 LED유니트(5b)가 터치센서(1a)에 의해 ON/OFF되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치센서식 발광펜.
