Claims (3)
- 내부에 복수의 펌프실을 가지는 케이싱과,상기 케이싱에 지지되고 회전하는 한 쌍의 회전축과,기체 이송 방향 상류측의 상기 펌프실 내부에 배치되고 또한 상기 각 회전축에 지지된 복수의 이(齒)를 가지는 상류측 로터와,기체 이송 방향 하류측의 상기 펌프실 내부에 배치되고 또한 상기 각 회전축에 지지되며 상기 상류측 로터와 동일한 날(blade) 수의 이를 가지는 하류측 로터로서, 상기 하류측 로터의 외주면과 상기 펌프실의 내주면에 의해 둘러싸인 배기 면적이 상기 상류측 로터의 배기 면적보다 작은 하류측 로터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 루트식 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,복수단의 상류측 로터와,복수단의 하류측 로터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 루트식 펌프.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,인벌류트(involute) 곡선 또는 사이클로이드(cycloid) 곡선을 포함하는 외형에 의해 형성된 상기 상류측 로터와,상기 인벌류트 곡선 또는 사이클로이드 곡선과는 다른 포락선(envelope curve)을 포함하는 외형에 의해 형성된 상기 하류측 로터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 루트식 펌프.
