Claims (12)
- 개방된 목부분(5)을 포함하는 단단한 상부(3)와 가요성 가변형 하부(4)를 포함하고, 파우치 내로 공기가 복귀됨이 없이 상기 물질을 배출할 수 있도록 된 수단에 배정되고, 파우치(2)의 수축시 하부(4)의 내벽 상단부가 상부(3)의 내벽에 대해 놓여지는 식으로 상기 상부(3)와 하부(4) 두 부분이 서로 이어져 있는, 액체 또는 반죽 같은 유체 물질을 담을 수 있는 단일품 형태의 가변형 가요성 파우치에 있어서,상기 파우치의 가요성 하부(4)가 수축시 상기 단단한 상부(3)의 내벽에 대해 접혀지도록 상기 파우치의 가요성 하부(4)는 주름을 형성하는 수축부(7)를 구비하고, 상기 수축부(7)는 가요성 파우치(2)의 상단부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수축부(7)의 내부 직경은 파우치의 목부분(5)의 직경 보다 약간 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 파우치의 단단한 상부(3)는 절두원추형이고, 그 경도는 파우치가 수축하는 동안 파우치의 상부 부분이 변형되는 것을 방지하기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 파우치의 상부(3)는 파우치의 목부분(5)에 연결되도록 중심부가 개방된 돔의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가요성 파우치의 상부에서의 상기 수축부(7)는 파우치의 목부분(5)과 동일한 면에서 수축부에 인접한 가요성 파우치의 벽(13)이 절두원추형이 되도록 형성되어 있고, 이 가요성 원뿔대의 베이스부는 서로 두 부분을 잇는 영역을 따라 상기 단단한 절두원추형 상부(3)의 베이스에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 파우치의 하부(4)와 이어진 영역을 지지하는 상기 단단한 상부(3)의 베이스의 직경은 파우치의 측벽에 수축부(7)를 연결시키는 영역의 외경보다 약간 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가요성 파우치(2)의 베이스는 직경 교차부재(12)에 의해 보강된 오목 부(11)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파우치.
- 액체 또는 반죽 같은 유체 물질의 포장 및 배출 장치에 있어서,단단한 병(1)과 공기 입구(15)가 없는 수동 펌프에 배정된, 제1항 내지 제7항의 가요성 파우치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 파우치(2)는 밀폐식으로 단단한 병(1)의 목부분(5)에 장착되어 있고, 상부(3)와 하부(4) 사이의 접합 영역 내에서 파우치의 단단한 상부(3)의 베이스 외주(9)에 형성된 하나 이상의 횡단 홈(21)으로 구성된 공기 순환부(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 파우치는 밀폐식으로 단단한 병(1)의 목부분(5)에 장착되어 있고, 병의 바닥부는 플랩 밸브(27)와 필터(28)가 설치된 통기구멍(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 파우치의 단단한 상부(3)의 외주(9)는 상기 병(1)의 내벽에 형성된 어깨부(10)에 안착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 펌프의 바디(16)는 종래의 수단에 의해 파우치(2)의 상부로부터 상기 단단한 병(1)의 구멍에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
