Claims (10)
- LED를 광원으로 하는 조명장치에 있어서,외주면 일측방에 다수의 스크래치가 길이 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 투명 재질의 도광봉과;상기 도광봉의 일단에 연결되는 LED 광원;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- LED를 광원으로 하는 조명장치에 있어서,외주면 일측방에 다수의 스크래치가 길이 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 투명 재질의 도광봉과;상기 도광봉의 양단에 각각 연결되는 한 쌍의 LED 광원;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 도광봉의 스크래치 형성부의 후방에 구비되는 반사판;을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 도광봉의 스크래치 형성부에 반사막이 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스크래치는,상기 도광봉의 길이 방향과 수직을 이루는 헤어라인(hair-line) 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스크래치는,도트 형태로 형성되어, 상기 도광봉의 길이 방향을 따라 불규칙하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 LED 광원은,LED 소자와;상기 LED 소자를 탑재하는 제1 리드프레임과;상기 제1 리드프레임과 대향하여 구비되는 제2 리드프레임과;상기 제2 리드프레임과 LED 소자를 연결하여 전기적으로 도통시키는 전선과;상기 LED 소자의 상부에 구비되고 형광체를 포함하는 렌즈와;상기 LED 소자와 상기 전선 및 상기 렌즈를 내부에 포함하도록 구성되는 중공 사각 기둥 형태의 고정 블록과;상기 제1, 제2 리드프레임과 연결되는 전극 패턴이 상면에 형성되어 있고, 상기 고정 블록의 하부에 구비되는 메탈 PCB;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 LED 광원과 상기 도광봉의 연결부를 둘러싸도록 구비되어, 상기 LED 광원에서 방출되는 출사광의 누출을 방지해 주는 불투명 재질의 반사캡을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 반사판은,알루미늄(Al) 또는 순동(pure Cu)으로 이루어지고, 표면에 크롬(Cr)이 도금되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 반사막은,은(Ag) 또는 니켈(Ni)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광봉을 이용한 LED 조명장치.
