Claims (9)
- 심체의 주위에 원통형의 수지층을 설치하여 롤러 본체가 형성되고, 해당 롤러 본체의 수지층의 단부의 코너부가 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공되어, 해당 수지층의 표면에 표면층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 롤러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 경도는 25°(JIS-A) 이하인 수지 롤러.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 코너부의 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공을 하는 부분의 치수는 성형 후의 롤러 본체의 중앙부보다도 대직경으로 되어 있는 단부의 돌출량의 1 내지 40배인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 롤러.
- 성형 금형 내에 심체를 배치하는 동시에 해당 금형 내에 열경화성 액상 수지를 주입하여 가열 경화시키고, 심체의 주위에 원통형의 수지층이 설치된 롤러 본체를 형성하는 공정과,해당 롤러 본체를 금형으로부터 이형한 후, 해당 수지층의 단부의 코너부를 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공하는 공정과,수지층의 주위에 표면층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 수지 롤러의 제조 방 법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 코너부의 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공하는 공정은 해당 코너부를 가열하고, 코너부의 수지를 용융 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 수지 롤러의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 코너부의 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공하는 공정은 해당 코너부에 용제를 도포하여 코너부의 수지를 용해 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 수지 롤러의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지층의 경도는 25°(JIS-A) 이하인 수지 롤러의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 성형 후의 롤러 본체의 중앙부와 비교한 단부 돌출량을 1로 하였을 때, 상기 코너부의 모떼기 또는 라운딩 가공을 하는 부분은 직경 방향 및 축 방향도 해당 돌출량의 1 내지 40배인 수지 롤러의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 액상 수지 재료는,(가) 분자 중에 적어도 1개의 알케닐기를 포함하여, 주쇄를 구성하는 반복 단위가 주로 옥시 알킬렌 단위 또는 포화탄화수소 단위로 이루어지는 중합체와,(나) 분자 중에 적어도 2개의 하이드로 실릴기를 포함하는 경화제와,(다) 하이드로 실릴화 촉매와,(라) 도전성 부여제를 주성분으로 하는 수지 롤러의 제조 방법.
