Claims (5)
- 서로 결합되는 상/하부 커버(100, 120)와;상기 상/하부 커버의 내부에 장착되는 모터(140)와;감속기어열(150)을 통하여 상기 모터의 축에 설치되는 구동기어(142)와 연결되고, 양면에 상/하부 커버를 통하여 외부로 인출되는 한 쌍의 출력축(162, 164)을 가진 출력기어(160)와; 그리고,중공(172)을 구비하여 상기 출력축중 어느 한 출력축에 끼워져 설치되고, 상기 출력기어의 회전에 따라 피드백(Feedback) 출력값을 인식하여 제어하도록 모듈화된 피드백 센서(170);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 출력축을 가지는 차량 공조장치용 도어 액츄에이터(Door Actuator).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 출력축(162, 164)중 상부 출력축(162)은 결합홈(162a)이 형성된 피메일(Female) 출력축으로 형성되고, 하부 출력축(164)은 메일(Male) 출력축으로 형성되며, 상기 하부 출력축에 피드백 센서(170)가 끼워져 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 출력축을 가지는 차량 공조장치용 도어 액츄에이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하부 출력축(164)의 외경은 상부 출력축(162)의 외경보다 작은 것을 특 징으로 하는 양방향 출력축을 가지는 차량 공조장치용 도어 액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상/하부 커버(100, 120)의 측면 둘레의 일측에는, 상기 피드백 센서(170)로부터 인출되는 리드선(174)이 배치되는 접속터미널(130)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 출력축을 가지는 차량 공조장치용 도어 액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상/하부 커버(100, 120)의 측면 둘레를 따라, 차량 공조장치에 장착하기 위한 다수의 마운팅 브래킷(Mounting Bracket, 102, 122)이 서로 대응하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 출력축을 가지는 차량 공조장치용 도어 액츄에이터.
