Abstract
Description
Claims (30)
- 시멘트 클링커를 분쇄하여 포틀랜드 시멘트를 생성하고;상기 시멘트 클링커를 분쇄하기 전 또는 도중에, 액체 첨가제 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준하여, 20 내지 95중량%의 양으로 존재하는 염화주석을 포함하는 액체 첨가제 조성물을 상기 시멘트 클링커에 도입하는 것을 포함하는, 시멘트 조성물 중의 6가 크롬을 환원시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 단계 이전 또는 도중에 산화방지제 또는 산소 파괴제 공첨가제를 염화주석: 공첨가제 비율 99.5: 0.5 내지 20:80으로 상기 시멘트 클링커에 도입하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 염화주석 및 상기 산화방지제 또는 산소 파괴제 공첨가제는 상기 액체 첨가제 조성물에 모두 포함되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄하여 시멘트를 생성하는 단계 이전 또는 도중에 상기 시멘트 클링커에 (i) 산화방지제, (ii) 산소 파괴제, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 공첨가제를 도입하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 산화방지제인 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 산소 파괴제인 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 산소 파괴제는 (a) 에틸렌성 불포화 탄화수소를 갖는 화합물; (b) 페놀 또는 그의 염 또는 유도체; (c) 히드록실아민 또는 히드라진 또는 그의 유도체; (d) 아황산 또는 그의 염 또는 유도체; 및 (f) 전이 금속 착물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 에틸렌성 불포화 탄화수소를 갖는 화합물인 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 전이 금속 촉매를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 1 이상의 엔디올 기를 갖는 화합물 또는 그의 염 또는 유도체인 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 아스코르브산 또는 그의 염, 이성질체, 또는 유도체인 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 알칼리 금속 아스코르베이트, 이소아스 코르베이트 또는 에리쏘르베이트인 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 아스코르브산 나트륨 또는 아스코르브산 칼륨인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 페놀 또는 그의 염 또는 유도체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 또는 그의 염은 퀴논 또는 그의 히드록실 형태를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 퀴논은 피로카테콜, 히드로퀴논 또는 그의 유도체인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 히드록실아민, 히드라진 또는 그의 유도체인 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 히드록실아민인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 아황산 또는 그의 염인 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 술파이트, 비술파이트 또는 티오술파이트인 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 알칼리 금속 염인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화방지제, 산소 파괴제를 각각 포함하는 2 이상의 공첨가제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 상기 시멘트 클링커에 도입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공첨가제는 전이 금속 착물인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 시멘트 분쇄 조제 및 시멘트 품질 향상제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 물질을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 아민, 알칸올아민, 아크릴산 또는 그의 염, 글리콜, 글리세롤, 아세테이트 염, 페놀, 클로라이드 염, 당, 분산제, 리그닌, 공기연행 계면활성제, 니트라이트 염 및 니트레이트 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 액체 첨가제 조성물에서, 상기 염화주석은 물, 글리콜 또는 글리세롤 또는 이들의 혼합물에 용해되거나, 분산되거나, 및/또는 현탁된 방법.
- 시멘트 클링커를 분쇄하여 포틀랜드 시멘트를 생성하고; 또상기 시멘트 클링커를 분쇄하기 전 또는 도중에, 염화 주석 및 공첨가제, 물질, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 액체 첨가제 조성물을 상기 시멘트 클링커에 도입하는 것을 포함하고,상기 공첨가제는 산화방지제 및 산소 파괴제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 또상기 물질은 시멘트 분쇄 조제 및 시멘트 품질 향상제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 시멘트 조성물 중의 6가 크롬을 환원시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조한 포틀랜드 시멘트를 포함하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 염화주석; 산화방지제 및 산소 파괴제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 공첨가제; 및 시멘트 분쇄 조제 및 시멘트 품질 향상제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 물질을 포함하는 액체 조성물.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 아민, 알칸올아민 또는 그의 염, 글리콜, 글 리세롤, 아세테이트 염, 페놀, 클로라이드 염, 당, 분산제, 리그닌, 공기연행 계면활성제, 니트라이트 염 및 니트레이트 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 또 상기 물질은 상기 공첨가제와는 상이한 액체 조성물.
