Description
Claims (15)
- 강성 캐리어와,상기 강성 캐리어와 결합되고 환형 지지면을 한정하는 립을 갖는 환형 지지 부재, 및상기 환형 지지면에 연결되고 제 1 밀봉면을 한정하는 제 1 칼라 부분과, 상기 환형 지지면을 지나서 연장하고 제 2 밀봉면을 한정하는 제 2 칼라 부분을 갖는 밀봉을 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 밀봉면은 상기 환형 지지면에 대해 동심적인 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 칼라 부분들은 서로에 대해 일체식으로 형성되는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 지지 부재는 고무를 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 밀봉면을 따라 연장하는 유체동력학적 형상을 부가로 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 밀봉면을 따라 연장하는 일체식으로 형성된 홈들을 부가로 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉은 다수의 외향으로 향한 U형 리세스들을 한정하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 사이에서 상기 환형 지지 부재의 립을 지나서 연장하는 환형 리빙(living) 힌지 부분을 부가로 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 리빙 힌지 부분은 환형 노치를 한정하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 회전가능한 샤프트를 에워싸도록 채용되고 외향으로 향한 환형 밀봉면을 갖는 지지(wear) 슬리브와,상기 지지 슬리브로부터 이격되고 이 슬리브와 실질적으로 동심적인 관형 부분과 상기 관형 부분으로부터 연장하는 방사형 플랜지 부분을 갖는 캐리어와,상기 관형 부분과 대향하게 상기 방사형 플랜지 부분에 연결되고 상기 지지 슬리브의 상기 환형 밀봉면과 대향하게 환형 지지면을 한정하는 립을 갖는 환형 지지 부재, 및상기 지지 슬리브와 밀봉 결합 관계에 있고 상기 환형 지지면에 연결된 제 1 칼라 부분과 상기 제 1 칼라 부분으로부터 상기 환형 지지면을 지나서 연장하는 제 2 칼라 부분을 갖는 PTFE 밀봉을 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 사이에서 상기 환형 지지 부재의 상기 립을 지나서 연장하는 환형 리빙 힌지 부분을 부가로 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 회전가능한 샤프트를 에워싸도록 채용되고 외향으로 향한 환형 밀봉면을 갖는 지지 슬리브와,상기 지지 슬리브로부터 이격되고 이 슬리브와 실질적으로 동심적인 관형 부분과 상기 관형 부분으로부터 연장하는 방사형 플랜지 부분을 갖는 캐리어와,상기 관형 부분과 대향하게 상기 방사형 플랜지 부분의 단부에 연결되고 상기 지지 슬리브의 상기 환형 밀봉면과 대향하게 환형 지지면을 한정하는 립을 갖는 환형 지지 부재, 및상기 지지 슬리브와 밀봉 결합 관계에 있고 상기 환형 지지면에 연결된 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 및 상기 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 사이에서 연장하는 환형 리빙 힌지 부분을 갖는 PTFE 밀봉을 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 강성 캐리어와,상기 강성 캐리어로 성형되는 고무로 구성되고 환형 지지면을 한정하는 립을 갖는 환형 지지 부재, 및상기 환형 지지면에 연결된 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 및 상기 제 1 칼라 부분과 제 2 칼라 부분 사이에서 연장하는 환형 리빙 힌지 부분을 갖는 PTFE 밀봉을 포함하는 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 칼라 부분, 제 2 칼라 부분 및 환형 리빙 힌지 부분은 동심적인 밀봉 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 칼라 부분과, 제 2 칼라 부분 및 환형 리빙 부분 각각은 밀봉면을 한정하는 밀봉 조립체.
