Claims (10)
- 고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법으로서,고속 압축 기술에 의해 7.2 g/㎤ 이상의 밀도로 철 또는 철계 분말을 압축하는 단계,상기 부품을 소결하는 단계, 및상기 부품을 표면 고밀도화 방법에 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소결하는 단계는 저온에서 수행되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,표면 고밀도화 단계는 압연에 의해 수행되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부품은 약 7.3 g/㎤ 이상, 바람직하게는 약 7.4 g/㎤ 이상의 밀도로 압축되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부품은 1160℃ 이하의 온도로 소결되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 압축된 부품은 1120℃ 내지 1150℃의 온도에서 소결되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축된 부품은 15분 내지 60분 동안 소결되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축된 부품은 흡열 분위기, 수소와 질소의 혼합 또는 진공 분위기에서 소결되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 표면 고밀도화 부품은 약 0.3 mm 이상, 바람직하게는, 약 0.5 mm 이상의 깊이로 고밀도화되는,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제조된 분말 금속 부품은 기어, 베어링, 롤, 스프로킷(sprockets) 등인,고밀도 표면을 갖는 분말 금속 부품의 제조 방법.
