Claims (27)
- 친유성 제제로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 피복된 피리티온 염 입자를 포함하고, 피리티온 염이 일가 피리티온 염, 다가 피리티온 염 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피리티온 염이 아연, 구리, 은 및 지르코늄 염 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친유성 제제가, 수평균분자량이 약 150 내지 약 1,500의 범위인 천연 또는 합성 지방산, 지방산 에스테르 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 천연 또는 합성 지방산 에스테르가 주쇄의 탄소수가 8 내지 22인 모노-, 디- 및 트리-글리세라이드 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 글리세라이드를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피리티온 염이, 피복된 입자 중에, 피복된 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 10 내지 약 99중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친유성 제제가, 피복된 입자 중에, 피복된 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 0.01 내지 약 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복된 입자가 개별적으로 친유성 제제에 의해 이의 표면이 전체적으로 피복되어 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복된 입자가, 두께가 10 내지 100Å인 피막을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친유성 제제가 라놀린유, 어유, 동물유, 코코넛유, 팜유, 버터 지방, 대두유, 해바라기유, 면실유, 옥수수유 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 친유성 제제가 팜유인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물 또는 유기 용매를 추가로 포함하고, 단 친유성 제제가 당해 유기 용매에 불용성인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 친유성 제제가 팜유인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물 또는 유기 용매를 추가로 포함하고, 단 친유성 제제가 당해 유기 용매에 가용성인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 에테르, 수소화 탄화수소 및 방향족 용매로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 국소 담체 및, 친유성 제제로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 피복된 피리티온 염 입자를 함유하고, 피리티온 염이 일가 피리티온 염, 다가 피리티온 염 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 신체 보호 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 피복된 입자의 메디안(median) 입자 크기가 약 0.1 내지 약 50㎛인 신체 보호 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 피리티온의 금속 염이 조성물 내에 블록, 소판(platelet), 공(ball), 막대, 바늘 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 형상으로 존재하는 신체 보호 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 신체 보호 조성물이 샴푸이고, 국소 담체가 물, 유기 용매 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 신체 보호 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 글리세린 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 신체 보호 조성물.
- (a) 고체 아연 피리티온 입자의 수성 분산액을 약 50 내지 80℃의 승온으로 가열하여 열 수성 분산액을 제공하는 단계,(b) 고체 팜유를 약 50 내지 약 80℃의 승온으로 가열하여 액체 팜유를 제공하는 단계 및(c) 액체 팜유 및 열 수성 분산액을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제공하고, 당해 혼합물을 냉각하여 고체 팜유 피막을 갖는 고체 아연 피리티온 입자의 수성 분산액을 제공하는 단계를 포함하여, 외부 표면에 고체 팜유 피막을 갖는 고체 아연 피리티온 입자의 수성 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항의 방법에 따라 제조된 고체 팜유 피막을 갖는 고체 아연 피리티온 입자의 수성 분산액으로서, 피복된 아연 피리티온 입자가 수성 분산액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 40 내지 약 50%의 양으로 존재하는 수성 분산액.
- 물 및, 분산액의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 25 내지 약 50중량%의 고체 피리티온 염 입자를 포함하는 수성 항미생물 분산액 농축물로서, 여기서 고체 피리티온 염 입자는 이의 외부 표면에 친유성 피막을 갖는 피복된 입자이고 당해 피복된 입자는 비교 코르네오펀지메트리(corneofungimetry) 생검 시험에서, 피복되지 않은 피리티온 염 입자의 분산액의 항미생물 효능과 비교하여 항미생물 효능이 25% 이상 개선되는 수성 항미생물 분산액 농축물.
- 국소 담체 및, 신체 보호 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 0.5 내지 약 5%의 제19항의 농축물을 포함하는 신체 보호 조성물로서, 비교 코르네오펀지메트리 생검 시험에서, 피복되지 않은 피리티온 염 입자의 분산액을 동량 함유하는 신체 보호 조성물의 항미생물 효능과 비교하여 항미생물 효능이 15% 이상 개선된 신체 보호 조성물.
- 평균 입자 직경이 약 0.1 내지 약 5㎛이고 고체 팜유 피막으로 피복되어 있는 고체 아연 피리티온 입자의 수성 분산액으로서, 당해 피막이, 피복된 입자의 총 중량의 3 내지 15중량%를 구성하고, 피복된 입자가, 분산액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 40 내지 약 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 수성 분산액.
- 팜유로 피복된 아연 피리티온 입자; 및 물 또는 유기 용매를 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 피리티온 입자를, 유기 용매 중에 용해된 피복 물질의 용액과 접촉시키는 단계,(b) 당해 피리티온 입자를 당해 유기 용매 중의 피복 물질과 혼합하는 단계 및(c) 유기 용매를 증발시켜 피복 물질로 피복된 피리티온 입자를 제공하는 단계를 포함하여, 피복 물질로 피리티온 입자를 피복하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 피복 물질이 팜유인 방법.
