Claims (4)
- 합성고무계 베이스에 소정 입도로 분쇄된 자성체 분말, 바이오세라믹 분말, 게르마늄 분말 그리고 안료를 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 대략 원형 단면을 갖는 코드 형태로 압출하며, 이를 절단 및 가류하는 단계;상기 압출물을 착자하는 단계;를 포함하여 이뤄진 건강 증진 기능을 갖는 코드형 탄성 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 실리콘 고무 또는 우레탄 고무 중에서 선택된 합성고무 35~55 중량부, 스트론튬 페라이트(Sr-ferrite) 또는 바륨-페라이트(Ba-ferrite), 알리코, 네오디뮴(Nd)계 분말 중에서 선택된 자성체 분말 40~60 중량부, 바이오세라믹 분말 5~12 중량부, 게르마늄 분말 3~5 중량부, 안료 1 중량부 이하로 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강 증진 기능을 갖는 코드형 탄성 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 자성체 분말은 실질적으로 1.25㎛ 또는 그보다 작은 입도의 것이며, 상기 바이오세라믹 분말은 실질적으로 1200 메시(mesh) 체를 통과할 수 있는 입도를 가지며, 상기 게르마늄 분말은 실질적으로 325 메시 체를 통과할 수 있는 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강 증진 기능을 갖는 코드형 탄성 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물의 압출 및 절단, 가류는 상기 혼합물을 압출한 후 1차 가류하고, 이를 소정 길이로 절단하며 2차 가류하는 과정으로 이뤄지되,상기 1차 가류는 실질적으로 550℃의 온도조건에서 2~3초간 가류된 후, 실질적으로 220℃의 온도조건에서 5~6초간 가류되는 과정으로 이뤄지며, 상기 2차 가류는 실질적으로 200℃의 온도조건에서 4시간 동안 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강 증진 기능을 갖는 코드형 탄성 재료의 제조방법.
