Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 과산화수소 8∼40 중량부, 아민계 안정제 8∼40 중량부, 붕사(borax) 10∼40 중량부, 수산화나트륨 16∼40 중량부 및 잔부로 물을 포함하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아민계 안정제는 디메탄올 아민, 디에탄올 아민, 트리 메탄올 아민 및 트리에틸아민로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 붕사는 수산화나트륨 수용액에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 수분산 형태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 수분산시 연료용 첨가 조성물 및 물의 함량은 1:2∼1:50의 중량비인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가로 탄산칼륨(Potassium carbonate), 탄산칼슘(Calcium carbonate) 및 탄산나트륨(Sodium carbonate)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종의 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 연료용 첨가 조성물과 촉매는 1:0.03∼1:0.3의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가로 메틸알코올 또는 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 연료용 첨가 조성물과 메틸 알코올 또는 계면 활성제의 함량은 1:1∼1:3의 중량비인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물.
- 붕사 10∼40 중량부가 용해된 수용액에 수산화나트륨 16∼40 중량부를 혼합하는 단계와,얻어진 혼합물에 아민계 안정제를 8∼40 중량부를 첨가하는 단계와,얻어진 혼합물에 과산화수소 8∼40 중량부를 첨가하는 단계를 거쳐 제조되는 연료용 첨가 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 물, 붕사 및 수산화나트륨의 혼합은 50∼95℃에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 첨가 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 스케일 방지제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 부식 억제제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 슈트 생성 억제제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 크링커 제거제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 슬러지 제거제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연소 기관의 화염 조절제.
- 제 1항의 연료용 첨가 조성물을 포함하는 연료 조성물.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 연료용 첨가 조성물은 연료 100 중량부에 대하여 0.02∼0.5 중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 조성물.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 연료는 고체연료, 액체연료 및 기체연료로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 조성물.
