Claims (5)
- 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 수용되는 재료를 가열하여 기체 상태로 증발시키기 위한 가열유닛과, 내부를 흐르는 소정의 유체를 통해 상기 재료로부터 증발된 기체가 응축되어 형성되는 나노입자를 상기 본체 외부로 배출하기 위해 상기 본체의 일측을 관통하도록 마련된 유로를 구비하는 나노입자생성장치에 있어서,상기 가열유닛은 상기 재료에 직접 접한 상태에서 상기 재료를 가열할 수 있도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노입자생성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가열유닛은 상기 재료의 수용을 위해 상기 유로와 통하도록 상기 유로 측이 개방되게 형성된 재료수용공간을 구비하는 외측의 단열부와;상기 재료수용공간의 적어도 일면을 형성하도록 상기 단열부 내측에 마련되는 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노입자생성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 히터는 판상으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노입자생성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 히터는 상기 재료수용공간의 적어도 일면을 형성하는 가열부를 포함하 고, 상기 가열부와 재료수용공간 중 어느 하나는 나머지 다른 하나를 외측에서 감싸도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노입자생성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 가열부와 재료수용공간 중 내측에 마련되는 어느 하나는 원형의 단면을 갖도록 마련되고, 외측에 마련되는 나머지 다른 하나는 링형상의 단면을 갖도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노입자생성장치.
