Claims (5)
- 래디얼 카커스 보강 플라이(carcass reinforcement ply), 2개의 측벽 및 대향 비드부를 포함하는 공기 래디얼 타이어(pneumatic radial tire)로서, 상기 카커스 보강 플라이는 상기 대향 비드부 내에 고정되며, 비드부 중 적어도 하나는 비드 힐(heel) 및 비드 토우(toe)를 포함하며, 상기 비드 힐은 상기 비드 토우로부터 반경방향 외측 및 축방향 내측에 있는, 상기 공기 래디얼 타이어에 있어서,상기 비드부 중 적어도 하나가 그 내에 비드 복합물과 비드 에이펙스(apex)를 포함하며, 상기 비드 복합물은 적어도 하나의 비드부의 최대 축방향 폭(W)의 50% 이상의 최대 축방향 폭(WB)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는공기 래디얼 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비드 복합물이 적어도 하나의 비드부의 상기 최대 축방향 폭(W)의 70% 이상의 최대 축방향 폭(WB)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는공기 래디얼 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비드 복합물이 탄성 중합체 내에 매립된 와이어를 포함하며, 상기 와이 어는 모노필라멘트(monofilament) 또는 피복 와이어(cabled wire)인 것을 특징으로 하는공기 래디얼 타이어.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 에이펙스가 쇼어(Shore) A 경도를 갖는 탄성 중합체로 이루어져 있고, 상기 비드 복합물 탄성 중합체는 쇼어 A 경도를 가지며, 상기 비드 복합물 탄성 중합체의 쇼어 A 경도는 상기 에이펙스의 쇼어 A 경도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는공기 래디얼 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비드 복합물이 축방향 내측 및 축방향 외측 측부를 가지며, 상기 축방향 내측 측부 및 상기 축방향 외측 측부의 특성의 차이는, 탄성 중합체 경도의 차이, 또는 상기 비드 복합물을 형성하는 와이어 직경의 변동 혹은 상기 비드 복합물을 형성하는 와이어의 구조의 변동에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는공기 래디얼 타이어.
