Claims (11)
- 표면처리되지 않은 단일 구조 분말 및 코팅 후 표면산화처리된 코어/쉘 구조 분말 1 : 0.1∼10 중량비를 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단일 구조의 분말이 결정질 탄소, 비정질 탄소, 금속, 합금, 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 불소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단일 구조의 분말이 0.01 내지 40㎛ 범위의 평균 부피 입경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코어/쉘 구조의 분말이 결정질 탄소, 비정질 탄소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 각각 상이하게 선택된 코어 및 쉘 성분으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코어/쉘 구조의 분말의 코어가 0.01 내지 40㎛ 범위의 평균 부피 입경을 갖고, 쉘이 0.001 내지 1㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코팅 후 코팅된 분말의 표면산화처리가, 산소, 공기 및 오존 중에서 선택된 산소-함유 기체를 이용하여 150 내지 800℃의 온도에서 10 내지 120분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,코팅된 분말에 대해 산소-함유 기체를 0.1 내지 50ℓ/초의 속도로 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단일 구조 분말과 표면산화처리된 코어/쉘 구조 분말의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대해서 도전성 미립자를 0.1 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,도전성 미립자가 10nm 내지 10㎛ 범위의 입경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,도전성 미립자가 결정질 탄소, 카본블랙, 카본나노섬유, 카본나노튜브 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극 활물질 조성물을 집전체의 표면 위에 코팅한 후 코팅층을 건조하고 압착하여 얻어진 음극, 양극, 전해질 및 상기 전극들 사이에 리튬 이온-투과가능한 분리막을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
