Claims (6)
- 대양 조수내에 포함된 퍼텐셜 에너지로부터 에너지를 추출하는 엔클로저에 있어서,(a) 상기 엔클로저를 결정하는 둘레를 따라 대양내의 일정 간격으로 설치되는 지지 칼럼층(b) 대양 바닥에 상기 지지칼럼을 고정하는 수단(c) 미리 결정된 패널, 상기 패널들은 상기 지지칼럼의 인접 쌍사이에 설치되고 타측위에 일측이 높이방향으로 위치되며,(d) 지지칼럼의 인접쌍 사이에 상기 패널을 고정하는 수단(e) 상기 패널이 삽입되는 사이의 지지칼럼과 패널 사이의 공간을 씰링하는 수단(f) 미리 결정된 수의 잠함(g) 상기 둘레에 수직한 두 열의 지지칼럼(하기에 잠함 지지칼럼)을 형성하도록 상기 층내의 미리 결정된 인접 지지칼럼의 측면중하나에 위치한 지지칼럼쌍, 상기 두 열사이의 거리는 상기 잠함이 이들사이에 끼워지는 거리이며,(h) 상기 잠함이 패널위에 유지되어 상기 지지패널이 상기 두 열사이에 플랫폼을 형성하도록 상기 두 열의 직접 마주보는 지지칼럼 쌍사이에 삽입된 지지 패널(i) 상기 각 잠함 내에 둘러싸이는 미리 결정된 수의 터빈(j) 인간 작동자의 의지로 물이 상기 터빈을 통과하는 하는 수단(k) 하나이상의 터빈에 연결되는 전기 발전기를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 요소들이 상기 엔클로저를 틈없이 채우고 이에따라 인간 작동자가 물이 상기 터빈을 통과하도록 함으로써 지체없이 상기 엔클로저의 내부로부터 대양을 분리하고, 상기 발전기가 전력을 발전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 대양 파도로부터 에너지를 추출하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하고 상기 장치가 상기 엔클로저내에 통합되고 이에따라 전기를 발전하는 동안 파도의 붕괴력으로부터 상기 엔클로저를 보호하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 잠함의 일부 측면중 하나의 상기 엔클로저의 미리 설정된 길이 섹션이 상기 섹션의 교차점에서 상기 잠함과 함께 V자형상으로 셩성되고 이에따라 조수흐름이 상기 잠함내의 터빈으로 흐르게되고 상기 터빈에 연결된 발전기가 작동하고 이에따라 조수흐름의 운동에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔클로저에 장착된 풍력 터빈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
- 제 1항에 있어서,(a) 수소가 물로부터 전기분해되어 발생하도록 하는 수단(b) 수소가 저장되는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 연료로써 수소를 사용하여 전력이 발생하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔클로저.
