Claims (6)
- 유리 글로브 내부에 캡슐화된 발광 튜브를 가지는 형광램프로서,상기 발광 튜브는 상기 유리 글로브 내면에 도포된 할로인산칼슘 형광체 및 3파장 형광체로 구성되는 형광체와 자외선 발산 램프를 구비하는, 형광램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 글로브 내면에 도포되는 상기 형광체는, 적색 발광용의 Y2O3:Eu 또는 3.5MgO-0.5MgF-GeO2:Mn 형광체, 녹색 발광용의 LaPO4:Ce,Tb 형광체, 청색 발광용의 BaMg2A116O27:Eu,(Mn) 또는 (Sr, Ca, Ba)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu 형광체 중 하나 이상의 형광체를 포함하는, 형광램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 형광체의 도포 중량은 1 cm2 당 2 mg 내지 20 mg 인, 형광램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 튜브를 구성하는 유리 튜브 재료는, 유리질 실리카인, 형광램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 튜브는 나선형, 트윈형 및 U자형 중 어느 하나의 형상을 가지는, 형광램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 글로브 내부는 희가스로 캡슐화되거나 진공상태인, 형광램프.
