Claims (3)
- 참조기를 찜솥에서 찐 후, 뼈와 살을 발췌하여 뼈는 10일간 양건하여 분쇄후 분말화 하고, 살은 소금 간을 하여 8시간 양건하여 육질을 개선하는 단계;상기한 뼈는 깨소금과 참기름이 가미된 가루김을 배합비, 가루김 80W%: 분말뼈 20W%로 배합하여 6시간 양건하여 칼슘 가루김을 완성 하고, 고추장에 콩나물, 다시마, 버섯, 마늘, 생강, 양파, 올리고당, 간장, 인삼 분말을 넣고 끓인 다음, 상기한 굴비 살을 혼합하는 단계;상기 준비된 칼슘 가루김은 하단 용기(13)에 넣고 고추장 굴비는 향균 처리된 PE 봉지(21)에 넣어 상단 용기(12)에 담아 포장하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비벼먹는 고추장 굴비의 제조 및 포장 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 혼합물은 굴비살 40%, 콩나물 3%, 다시마 1.5%, 버섯 3.5%, 마늘 0.25%, 생강 0.25%, 양파 0.5%, 올리고당 7.5%, 고추장 40%, 간장 2%, 인삼 분말 1.5% 비율로 배합하는 비벼먹는 고추장 굴비의 제조 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 포장단계에서의 포장 용기(12) 바닥에는 1cm 높이로 건조 쑥(23)을 깔고 그 위에 통풍이 용이한 부직포(22)를 놓아 층을 형성한뒤 그 위에 고추장 굴 비(21)를 놓고 포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비벼먹는 고추장 굴비의 포장 방법
