Claims (6)
- 열정산을 실시하는 단계;상기 열정산 단계에서 정산된 열원이 부족한 경우에 전로에 페로실리콘을 투입하여 열원을 보정하고 생석회를 투입하여 염기도를 보정하는 단계;전로에 고철과 용선을 장입하는 단계;취련 작업을 하고 취련 진행 중에 용강 내 종점 산소량을 예측하여 산소 유량을 보정하는 단계;상기 취련 작업 단계를 마친 용강을 래들로 이송하는 출강 작업을 하고 래들 슬래그를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 래들 슬래그를 탈산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 취련 작업을 하고 취련 진행 중에 산소 유량을 보정하는 단계는,취련 진행 75 내지 85% 시점에서 온도와 탄소를 측정하여 하기 식즉, 산소 유량 = (측정 시점의 산소 유량) + (보정산소량)= 측정 시점의 산소 유량+[1220+(1928×탄소 함유량)+(1.06×종점 산소량)]과 같이 취입 산소 유량을 다시 결정하여 취입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 종점 산소량은 550 내지 650ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 래들 슬래그의 탈산 단계는,실리콘계 슬래그 탈산제를 투입하여 슬래그를 탈산하는 1차 슬래그 탈산 단계; 및알루미늄계 슬래그 탈산제를 투입하여 슬래그를 탈산하는 2차 슬래그 탈산 단계를 포함하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 1차 슬래그 탈산 단계에서는 래들 슬래그의 염기도를 5.5 내지 6.0으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘계 슬래그 탈산제는 CaCO3를 35 내지 40wt%, Si를 40 내지 42wt% 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 용강의 제조방법.
