Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 활성탄을 첨가하지 않고 연소 배기 가스 내의 더스트를 집진하는 집진기;이 집진기를 통과한 연소 배기 가스 내의 수용성 성분 및 더스트를 포집하는 습식 집진기; 및이 습식 집진기를 통과한 연소 배기 가스 내의 NOx 및 다이옥신류를 분해하여 제거하는 촉매탑;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매탑의 전단에 상기 습식 집진기로부터 배출된 연소 배기 가스를 가열하는 재가열기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 집진기를 통과한 연소 배기 가스에 산화제를 첨가하는 산화제 첨가 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 습식 집진기로부터 배출된 슬러리를 고액 분리하는 고액 분리기; 및상기 고액 분리기에서 분리된 액체 내의 수은을 흡착하는 수은 흡착탑;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 촉매탑의 후단에 상기 촉매탑으로부터 배출된 연소 배기 가스를 이용하여 상기 재가열기로부터 공급된 가스를 승온하는 열 회수기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 산화제는 차아 염소산 소다 및/또는 오존을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 습식 집진기는 믹싱 스크러버인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연소 배기 가스는 시멘트 가마 배기 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 장치.
- 활성탄을 첨가하지 않고 연소 배기 가스 내의 더스트를 집진하고,집진 후의 연소 배기 가스 내의 수용성 성분 및 더스트를 습식 포집하고,습식 포집 후의 연소 배기 가스 내의 NOx 및 다이옥신류를 촉매를 이용하여 분해, 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연소 배기 가스 내의 NOx 및 다이옥신류를 촉매를 이용하여 분해, 제거하기 전에 상기 연소 배기 가스를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 집진 후의 연소 배기 가스에 산화제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항, 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 습식 포집에 의해 발생한 슬러리를 고액 분리하고,분리된 액체 내의 수은을 흡착 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 습식 집진기에서의 상기 배기 가스의 체류 시간이 1초 이상 10초 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제11항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 산화제는 차아 염소산 소다 및/또는 오존을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연소 배기 가스는 시멘트 가마 배기 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 배기 가스 처리 방법.
