Claims (12)
- i) 디비닐벤젠으로 가교된 폴리스티렌 아미노메틸로 이루어진 코어 수지를 용매로 팽윤 시키는 단계;ii) 상기에서 팽윤시킨 폴리스티렌 아미노 메틸 수지의 상기 아미노 메틸 말단을 트리아진으로 가교시켜 보호시키는 단계; 그리고iii) 아미노 메틸 말단이 트리아진에 의해 가교 보호된 폴리스티렌 아미노 메틸 수지에, 양 말단이 수산기 또는 아민기로 종지된 폴리알킬렌글리콜을 반응시켜 쉘을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 iii) 단계 이후에, 상기 쉘의 표면 말단에 노출된 수산기 또는 아민기에 링커를 결합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 링커가 광분해성 링커인 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 링커가 산분해성 링커인 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 링커를 갖는 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리프로필렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 링커를 갖는 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지 제조방법.
- i) 디비닐벤젠으로 가교된 폴리스티렌 아미노 메틸 수지의 아미노 메틸 말단이 시아누릭 클로라이드로 가교된 코어 수지부와; 그리고ii) 상기 아미노메틸말단의 가교에 참여하는 트리아진의 나머지 클로라이드 말단에 결합되고, 양말단이 수산기 또는 아민기로 종지된 폴리알킬렌클리콜 수지로 이루어진 쉘 수지부를 포함하는 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 쉘 수지부 표면 말단에 결합된 링커를 추가로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 링커가 광분해성 링커인 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 링커가 산분해성 링커인 것을 특징으로 하는, 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 링커를 갖는 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리프로필렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 링커를 갖는 젤 타입 코어-쉘 수지.
