Claims (3)
- 원고를 편집하여 분판을 출력하고, 상기 분판필름을 편집하여 인쇄판을 만드는 인쇄판제작단계와, 상기 인쇄판을 인쇄기에 장착시키는 장착단계와, 인쇄기의 혼합탱크에 산도조절을 위한 물과 알코올의 혼합용액을 주입하는 주입단계와, 상기 인쇄기에 인쇄잉크를 첨부하는 잉크첨부단계와 인쇄기를 작동하여 인쇄를 하는 인쇄단계로 이루어지는 인쇄방법에 있어서,상기 잉크첨부단계에서 상기 인쇄잉크 100중량부에 은나노용액 1 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하여 은나노혼합잉크를 제조한 다음, 인쇄기에 은나노혼합잉크를 첨부하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 은을 이용한 항균 인쇄방법.
- 원고를 편집하여 분판을 출력하고, 상기 분판필름을 편집하여 인쇄판을 만드는 인쇄판제작단계와, 상기 인쇄판을 인쇄기에 장착시키는 장착단계와, 인쇄기의 혼합탱크에 산도조절을 위한 물과 알코올의 혼합용액을 주입하는 주입단계와, 상기 인쇄기에 인쇄잉크를 첨부하는 잉크첨부단계와 인쇄기를 작동하여 인쇄를 하는 인쇄단계로 이루어지는 인쇄방법에 있어서,상기 주입단계에서 상기 물과 알코올의 혼합용액 100중량부에 은나노용액 1 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하여 제조되는 은나노혼합용액을 혼합탱크에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 은을 이용한 항균 인쇄방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 은나노용액은 은을 20나노미터 크기의 극미세 사이즈로 합성하여 미세분말로 만든 다음, 수성 또는 유성 용매에 선택적으로 분산시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 은을 이용한 항균 인쇄방법.
