Claims (11)

- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R3은 수소 원자인 식(I)의 화합물, 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 용매화물, 수화물 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 제형.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R6은 수소 원자인 식(I)의 화합물, 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 용매화물, 수화물 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 제형.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물과, 선택적으로 담체 및 보조제 중의 어느 1종 또는 양쪽 모두를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물 또는 약학적 조성물의 금속단백분해효소의 억제용의 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물 또는 약학적 조성물의 펩타이드 디포르밀라제(peptide deformylase)(PDF)의 억제용의 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물 또는 약학적 조성물의 금속단백분해효소 활성에 의해 매개되는 질병의 치료 및 예방 중의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두용의 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 화합물 또는 약학적 조성물의 펩타이드 디포르밀라제(PDF) 활성에 의해 매개되는 질병의 치료 및 예방 중의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두용의 용도.
