Claims (7)
- 하우징;상기 하우징 내에 설치되며 2단으로 구성된 냉동기;상기 냉동기의 첫째 단에 접촉되어 냉각되는 제1스테이지;상기 냉동기의 둘째 단에 접촉되어 냉각되는 제2스테이지;상기 제2스테이지와 접촉하여 열을 전달하는 열전달 부재;상기 열전달 부재와 연결되며 냉각시 가스를 응축 흡착시킬 수 있는 냉각패널; 및상기 열전달 부재와 상기 냉각패널 사이에는 재생시 열을 가해주기 위하여 전기히터가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열전달 부재는 저온과 고온에서의 열전도성의 차이가 크며 넓은 온도 범위 내에서도 변형되지 않는 기계적 성질이 우수한 사파이어인 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 부재와 상기 전기히터 사이에는 상기 히터로부터 전달된 열이 과도하게 상승되었을 때 히터의 전력공급을 중단할 수 있도록, 안전장치가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 안전장치는 온도 상승에 따라 절선되는 바이메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 부재와 상기 제2스테이지 사이에는 넓은 온도 범위에 따라 금속들간에 열팽창율로 생길 수 있는 이격으로 인한 열손실을 방지할 수 있도록 열전도율이 좋은 재질로 구성된 가스켓이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓의 재질은 열전도율이 좋은 인듐(In) 또는 은(Silver)으로 구성되며, 상기 열전달 부재와 상기 제2스테이지 및 히터가 장착되는 히터블럭의 결합구는 열전도율이 작은 스테인레스(Stainless) 또는 티타늄(Titanium)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 부재는 상기 제2스테이지에 구비된 상기 전기히터가 펌프 작동 중에만 전력이 공급되도록 헤륨 압축기(He-Compressure) 또는 크라이오펌프 조절기(Cryopump controller)로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 크라이오 펌프.
