Claims (11)
- 액체 저장구에 연결되는 본체(1)를 포함하고, 상기 본체(1)는 액체 순환 공간을 형성하도록 본체(1)의 일면을 덮는 보충요소(3)에 결합되는 가전제품용 액체 가열장치에 있어서,상기 본체는 알루미늄보다 낮은 열 관성을 나타내고, 상기 보충요소(3)는 본체(1)와 마주하는 면의 반대편 면에 스크린 인쇄된 가열 저항(2)을 가지는 것을 특징하는 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체(1)는 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,금속 재질로 형성되는 상기 보충요소(3)는 40 이상의 횡단 열전도 계수(Cth)를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 보충요소(3)는 0.5 내지 1.5 밀리미터의 두께, 특히 0.8 내지 1.0 밀리미터의 두께를 가진 스테인레스 스틸로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체(1)는 상기 보충요소(3)와 함께 액체 순환 통로(4)를 형성하는 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 스크린 인쇄된 저항(2)은 상기 액체 순환 통로(4) 바로 위에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 본체(1)는 평평한 형태이고, 상기 홈은 나사선형(spiral)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 본체(1)는 원통형이며, 외부면에 슬리브 형태의 보충요소(3)를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제5항 및 제8항에 있어서,상기 홈은 나선형(helical)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 원통형 본체(1)는 중공형(hollow)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보충요소에는 온도 센서(12)가 설치되고, 상기 보충요소의 온도 조절을 위하여 전기 저항에 연결되는 전기/전자 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
