Claims (7)
- 권선코일을 구비하는 외측고정자와, 외측고정자의 안쪽에 소정의 공극을 두고 배치하는 내측고정자와, 외측고정자와 내측고정자 사이에 마그네트를 구비하여 두 고정자와의 플럭스에 의해 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 가동자를 포함한 왕복동식 모터에 있어서,내측고정자는 연질자성분말(Soft Magnetic Composite)을 이용한 분말야금공법으로 제작하는 고정자블록과, 다수 장의 얇은 스테이터코어를 적층하여 상기 고정자블록에 결합하는 수 개의 고정자적층체로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,고정자블록은 원통모양으로 형성하되 그 외주면에 원주방향을 따라 수 개의 적층체삽입홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,적층체삽입홈은 측면투영시 원호형상으로 형성하고, 이에 삽입하는 고정자적층체 역시 측면투영시 동일한 크기의 원호형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,고정자적층체는 양측면을 용접하여 각각의 스테이터코어를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,외측고정자와 내측고정자의 양측에는 프레임을 각각 배치하고, 그 중 내측고정자의 고정자블록을 관통하는 긴 체결볼트으로 양측 프레임을 체결하여 상기한 외측고정자와 내측고정자를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,고정자블록과 고정자적층체의 외측모서리면에는 걸림턱을 단차지게 형성하고, 그 걸림턱에 대응하는 프레임의 내측면에는 상기한 걸림턱에 맞물리도록 지지돌기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,고정자블록에는 상기한 체결볼트가 축방향으로 관통하도록 복수 개의 관통구멍을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 모터의 고정자 구조.
