Claims (2)
- 인스턴트 커피 40-70중량%와 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말 1-5중량%를 혼합기에 넣고 30분간 혼합한 후 포도당 20-50중량%, 덱스트린 1-10중량%을 더 첨가하여 20분간 더 혼합한 다음, 상기 혼합물을 분쇄, 포장하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼커피의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼커피.
