Claims (9)
- 뉴로스포라 크라사 (Neurospora crassa)로부터 유래한 N-트리메틸라이신 히드록실라제 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드,3-히드록시-6-N-트리메틸라이신 알돌라제 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드,γ-트리메틸아미노알데히드 데히드로게나제 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 및γ-부틸로베타인 히드록실라제 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 엔테로박테리아세 속에 속하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 에세리키아 콜라이 (Escherichia coli)인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 에세리키아 콜라이 (Escherichia coli) (수탁번호 KCCM-10581)인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N-트리메틸라이신 히드록실라제 (TMLH) 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 13의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 것인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-히드록시-6-N-트리메틸라이신 알돌라제 활성 (SHMT)을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 14의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 것인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리메틸아미노알데히드 데히드로게나제 (TMABADH) 활성을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 15의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 것인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 γ-부틸로베타인 히드록실라제 활성 (BBH)을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 16의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 것인 미생물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 N-트리메틸라이신, β-히드록시-N-트리메틸라이신, γ-N-트리메틸아미노부티르알데히드, γ-부티로베타인 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 기질의 존재하에서 배양하여 L-카 르니틴을 배양물 중에 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 L-카르니틴의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 N-트리메틸라이신, β-히드록시-N-트리메틸라이신, γ-N-트리메틸아미노부티르알데히드, γ-부티로베타인 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 기질의 농도는 배양 배지의 중량에 비하여, 0.1 내지 10 중량 % 인 방법.
