Claims (12)
- 상호연결된 전방향성 (omni-directional) 다공성 매트릭스 전체에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 생활성 (bioactive) 유리 입자 및 합성 수지로 구성된 상기 매트릭스 구조물로 제조된 복합재를 포함하는 신체 조직의 대체술 또는 확대술용 다공성 외과적 이식 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 매트릭스가 혈관신생 및 조직 내증식을 가능하게 하는 다공도를 갖는 것인 이식 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 매트릭스가 대략 100 내지 500 ㎛의 다공도를 갖는 것인 외과적 이식 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공 부피가 대략 40 내지 60 %인 외과적 이식 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생활성 유리 입자가 이산화규소, 산화나트륨, 산화칼슘 및 산화인을 포함하는 것인 외과적 이식 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 생활성 유리 입자가 대략 45 %의 이산화규소, 45 %의 산화나트륨 및 나머지 10 %의 산화칼슘 및 산화인을 포함하는 것인 외과적 이식 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지가 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 외과적 이식물질.
- 합성 수지 및 생활성 유리 매트릭스로 구성된 다공성 물질을 환자의 체내로 삽입하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스는 혈관신생 및 조직 내증식을 가능하게 하는 기공 크기를 가지며 구조적 지지체를 제공하고, 상기 생활성 유리는 상기 조직 내증식을 촉진시키는 것인, 조직의 치유 또는 확대 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 확대 또는 치유를 두개악안면 외과술에 적용하는 방법.
- 생활성 유리 입자를 합성 수지 미립자와 배합하는 단계,상기 생활성 유리 및 수지 미립자를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계,상기 혼합물을 주형으로 도입하는 단계, 및상기 주형에 열을 가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 수지 미립자를 함께 소결시켜 생활성 유리가 전체에 걸쳐 산재되어 있는 다공성 이식물을 형성하는, 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 폴리에틸렌 수지를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 미립자를 혈관신생 및 조직 내증식을 가능하게 하는 매크로다공성 이식물이 형성되도록 선택하는 방법.
