Claims (9)
- L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주를 쓰레오닌 디하이드라타제, O-숙시닐호모세린 리아제, 시스타씨오닌 베타 리아제, 5,10-메틸렌테트라하이드로폴레이트 리덕타제 및 세린 하이드록시메틸트랜스페라제 중에서, 선택된 2개 내지 5개의 단백질을 발현하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, L-메씨오닌 생산 균주를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, O-숙시닐호모세린 리아제, 및 시스타씨오닌 베타 리아제 및 쓰레오닌 디하이드라타제중에서 선택된 하나 또는 이둘 모두를 발현하는 재조합 벡터로 L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주를 형질전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5,10-메틸렌테트라하이드로폴레이트 리덕타제 및 세린 하이드록시메틸트랜스페라제를 발현하는 재조합 벡터로 L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주를 형질전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주를 O-숙시닐호모세린 리아제, 및 시스타씨오닌 베타 리아제 및 쓰레오닌 디하이드라타제중에서 선택된 하나 또는 이둘 모두를 발현하는 재조합 벡터와 5,10-메틸렌테트라하이드로폴레이트 리덕타제 및 세린 하이드록시메틸트랜스페라제를 발현하는 재조합 벡터로 공동-형질전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주가 L-메씨오닌-비요구성인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, L-메씨오닌-비요구성인 L-쓰레오닌 생산 균주가 에스케리키아 콜라이 MF001(KCCM-10568)인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 L-메씨오닌 생산 균주.
- L-메씨오닌 생산 에스케리키아 콜라이 MF001(KCCM-10568) 균주.
- 제7항의 L-메씨오닌 생산 균주를 배양함을 특징으로 하여, L-메씨오닌을 생산하는 방법.
