Claims (7)
- 하기 성분을 포함한 마스터배치 (masterbatch) 조성물 (중량%):A) 하기 분획을 포함한 결정질 폴리프로필렌 성분 50 % 내지 90 %:AI) 0.1 내지 10 g/10 분의 용융 유속 MFRI을 갖는 분획 25 % 내지 75 %; 및AII) 100 g/10 분 이하의 용융 유속 값 MFRII을 갖는 분획 25 % 내지 75 %;[여기서, MFRI/MFRII의 비율은 5 내지 60이고, 분획 (AI) 및 (AII) 는 독립적으로 프로필렌 단일중합체, 에틸렌을 3 %까지 함유한 프로필렌의 불균일 공중합체, 및 하나 이상의 C4-C10 α-올레핀을 6 %까지 함유한 프로필렌의 불균일 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다]; 및B) 15 % 내지 50 %의 에틸렌, 및 임의적으로는 소량의 디엔을 함유한, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3-C10 α-올레핀의 공중합체 성분 10 % 내지 50 %;[여기서, 상기 마스터배치 조성물은 3.5 dl/g 이상인, 실온 (약 25 ℃) 에서 크실렌에 용해되는 분획의 고유 점도 [η] 값을 갖는다].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, MFR 값이 0.1 내지 10 g/10 분인 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 마스터배치 조성물을 함유한 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 마스터배치 조성물의 함량이 열가소성 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 5 중량% 내지 20 중량%인 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 마스터배치 조성물에 함유된 것 이외의 올레핀 중합체가 하기 중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물:1) 결정질 프로필렌 단일중합체;2) 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C10 α-올레핀과 프로필렌의 결정질 공중합체 [여기서, 총 공단량체 함량은 공중합체의 중량에 대해 0.05 내지 20 중량% 범위이다];3) 결정질 에틸렌 단일중합체, 및 프로필렌 및/또는 C4-C10 α-올레핀과의 결정질 에틸렌 공중합체;4) 임의적으로는 소량의 디엔을 함유한, 프로필렌 및/또는 C4-C10 α-올레핀과 에틸렌의 탄성 공중합체;5) 하나 이상의 프로필렌 단일중합체 및/또는 항목 2)의 공중합체, 및 항목 4)의 공중합체를 하나 이상 포함한 탄성중합체 부분을 포함한 열가소성 탄성중합체 조성물 [여기서, 상기 탄성중합체 부분은 5 내지 80 중량%의 양으로 함유되어 있다].
- 성분 (A) 및 (B) 가 제 1 단계를 제외한 분리된 연속 단계에서, 이전 단계에서 형성된 중합체 및 사용된 촉매 존재 하에 각 단계의 결과로서 제조되는, 3 개 이상의 순차적 단계를 포함하는 순차 중합에 의한, 제 1 항의 마스터배치 조성물 제조방법.
