Description
Claims (8)
- 좌표계의 방향과 수치 값이 서로 대응되도록 조정되며, 시트상 조각을 카메라장치 및 제어가능한 절단장치에 의해 하나 이상의 작은 조각으로 절단하는 방법으로서 :- 절단될 조각이 카메라장치의 기록영역 내에 위치된 절단표면 상에 위치되며,- 상기 조각이 카메라 장치에 의해 촬영되며, 이를 기초로 상기 조각의 아웃라인이 결정되며,- 상기 조각의 아웃라인에 대한 정보가 위치조정시스템 내에 입력되며, 상기 위치조정시스템에서 절단경로가 설정되어, 절단에 필요한 변수들을 결정하고 이를 기초로 주어진 지시에 따라 상기 조각을 부품들로 절단하는 것을 제어하는 절단기계의 제어시스템 내로 입력되는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일단 아웃라인과 크기가 결정되면, 위치조정데이터가, 적어도 한 형태의 작은 부품을 선택하고, 원하는 수의 상기 적어도 한 형태의 작은 부품들을 아웃라인 내의 아웃라인 이미지 내로 추가함에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 또한 절단의 개시점과 절단경로는 자동적으로 또는 조작자의 수작업이 가미된 수단에 의해 결정되며, 상기 위치조정데이터는 절단기계의 제어시스템 내로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 시트상의 자동위치조정에 있어서, 상기 절단경로, 개시점 및 부피뿐만 아니라 재료의 사용이 최적화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절단장치의 조작은, 즉 특정의 시트블랭크, 영점에 비례하는 좌표계에서 절대 좌표계까지, 즉 전 작업장을 커버하는 좌표계에 이르기까지 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수치적으로 제어되는 열절단기계, 조작기 또는 로봇이 절단장치로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피사체를 촬영하는 동안의 보조장치로서, 반사될 광원, 가장 바람직하게는 레이저바(laser bar)가 검출을 효율적으로 하고 및/또는 추가적인 정보를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절단될 조각은 금속구조체, 예를 들면 해양수송장비, 배 또는 다른 해양설비, 다리, 페이퍼기계(paper machine), 건물, 기차와 같은 이동수단, 수송장비, 광산채굴차량 또는 탱크 또는 플랫폼 구조체의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 절단방법.
