상기 초크가 내설되도록 상부는 개방되고 내부는 공간부를 형성되며 상기 공간부 내주면에는 나사산이 형성된 나사부가 형성되고, 상기 공간부의 바닥면 중심부에는 관통나사부가 형성되고 상부면부와 외부 하부면부에는 삽입홈부와 자석부재가 형성된 케이스와;
상기 케이스의 관통나사부에 체결결합되어 상기 초크를 안착시켜 상,하로 이동할 수 있도록 외주측면에 나사부가 형성된 원판부가 구비되고 상기 원판부의 하부면부에는 상기 원판부를 회동시키는 회동홈이 형성된 이송부와;
