Abstract
본 고안에 따른 척추 임플란트에 의하면, 상기 지지부재(20)의 결합공(21) 내부에는 상기 헤드부(11)의 상측 둘레부에 밀착되는 상부지지링체(40)와, 상기 헤드부(11)의 하측 둘레면에 밀착되는 하부지지링체(50)가 구비되며, 상기 하부지지링체(50)는 일측이 개구된 링형상의 탄성재질로 구성되어, 고정나사(10)의 헤드부(11) 상하측 둘레면에 상기 상부지지링체(40)와 하부지지링체(50)가 밀착됨과 동시에, 상기 헤드부(11)에 형성된 걸림돌기(12)와 상기 상부지지링체(40)의 내주면에 형성된 걸림돌기(41)가 상호 맞물려, 상기 지지부재(20)가 자중에 의해 측방향으로 회동되지 않도록 고정된다.
따라서, 척추 임플란트를 시술자가 손으로 지지부재(20)를 잡지 않아도 지지부재(20)가 회동되지 않아서, 지지부재(20)의 고정홈(22)에 로드부재(A)를 삽입하는 것이 매우 용이해지는 장점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 막대형상으로 구성된 로드부재(A)와,
상기 로드부재(A)에 일정간격 이격되도록 결합되며 척추에 결합되는 척추고정부재(B)를 포함하며,
상기 척추고정부재(B)는
척추에 고정되는 고정나사(10)와,
상기 고정나사(10)의 상단에 구비된 지지부재(20)와,
상기 지지부재(20)에 결합된 너트부재(30)로 구성되고,
상기 지지부재(20)에는 상기 고정나사(10) 상단의 헤드부(11)가 회동가능하게 결합되고 상기 너트부재(30)가 나사결합되는 결합공(21)과, 상기 결합공(21)과 교차되도록 형성되며 상기 로드부재(A)가 삽입되는 고정홈(22)이 형성된 척추 임플란트에 있어서,
상기 결합공(21)의 내부에는, 내주면 하부가 상기 헤드부(11)의 상측 둘레부에 밀착되고 외주면이 상기 결합공(21)의 내주면에 대응되게 단면 테두리 형상이 직사각형인 원통 형상이되 상기 결합공(21)의 내주면과 이격 배치되는 상부지지링체(40)와, 상기 헤드부(11)의 하측 둘레면에 밀착되는 하부지지링체(50)가 구비되며,
상기 고정나사(10)의 헤드부(11) 외주면의 상부와 상기 상부지지링체(40)의 내주면에는 다수개의 걸림돌기(12,41)가 형성되고,
상기 하부지지링체(50)는 일측이 개구된 링형상의 탄성재질로 구성되며,
상기 걸림돌기(12,41)는 상기 고정나사(10)의 헤드부(11) 외주면과 상기 상부지지링체(40)의 내주면에 상하방향으로 이격된 다수개의 링형태로 돌출되도록 구성되고,
상기 하부지지링체(50)의 내측면은 상단이 외측으로 벌어지도록 경사진 경사면(51)으로 구성되며,
상기 상부지지링체(40)는 상기 결합공(21)의 내부에 상하방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합되고,
상기 결합공(21)의 내부에는 상기 상부지지링체(40)의 상면 둘레부에 걸려 상기 상부지지링체(40)가 결합공(21)의 상측으로 빠지지 않도록 고정하는 걸림턱(25)이 형성되며,
상기 결합공(21)의 내부에는 상기 하부지지링체(50)의 외측둘레면이 삽입되는 오목홈(26)이 형성되고,
상기 오목홈(26)의 내측 둘레면의 지름은 상기 하부지지링체(50)의 외측 둘레면의 지름에 비해 크게 형성되어,
상기 고정나사(10)의 헤드부(11)가 하강되면 상기 하부지지링체(50)가 상기 오목홈(26)에 결합된 상태에서 탄성적으로 외부로 벌어질 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 임플란트. - 삭제
