Claims (5)
- 전기코일을 구성하는 선재를 에나멜로 피복하여 나사선형으로 일정횟수 감아 구성한 다음 이를 절연부재와 플라스틱재질의 설치부재를 포함하는 전기모터용 전기코일에 있어서,상기 전기코일을 구성하는 선재를 에나멜이 피복된 알루미늄재질의 선재로 구성하고,상기 알루미늄 선재의 양단에는, 동 선재가 각각 결선되고,상기 알루미늄 선재와 동 선재는 동시에 한쪽방향에서 한쪽방향으로 동시에 결선되는 결선부를 이루고,상기 알루미늄 선재와 동 선재의 결선부는 랩조인트를 매개로 강화 고정되며,상기 알루미늄 선재와 동 선재는 상기 결선부를 고정하는 상기 랩조인트에서 결선된 후, 상기 랩조인트에서 설정거리 떨어져 좌우방향으로 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터용 전기코일.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동 선재는 그 도선부를 피복하는 절연 피복부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터용 전기코일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 선재의 동 선재의 결선부를 고정하는 랩조인트는, 땜납, 절연 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터용 전기코일.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 동 선재는 상기 설치부재의 양측에 고착된 복수의 단자 각각에 결선된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터용 전기코일.
